Working with Sophie and her team has been exceptional so far. We have been working with Resource Worldwide now for a few months and the candidate(s) they've placed with us have been brilliant. It is amazing to see the skillset and drive of their remote professionals, they are well vetted and are clearly experts in their chosen professions. I thoroughly recommend them and look forward to working with RWW on more additions to our team in the coming months! 10/10!

Been with RWW for 4 months now. The management and staff were very accommodating. You would feel the care before and after you got hired by your first client. I've also enjoyed the company of other VA on our community chat, plus cakes and freebies here and there haha. Also looking forward to receiving my HMO which was very rare on being offered to freelancers and online workers. Thank you RWW!!

The interview process: It was smooth and they asked questions to ensure that you will land a client that best matches your skillset/niche. From the time I was interviewed until I was introduced to my client, I think it took only a week which was super awesome. The recruitment team were all kind and helpful,too.

The initial work phase: RWW made sure that VAs don’t feel like they’re just thrown out directly after getting a client. They do weekly catch up calls to see you’re doing and if you’re comfortable with your client and tasks. That really helped me ease in to my new role.

The aftercare: RWW reaches out to VAs and clients to make sure everything is still working out great. They reassure us VAs that we can always reach out to them for any concern that we may have.

The perks: RWW is one of the very few that offers HMO to VAs which Im really grateful for. If you also got more time and up for another client, they also offer you that opportunity. And did I mention the birthday cakes and other random goodies that they send out to VAs? They’re literally the best!!!
