Secure & reliable. I found them to have many locations and ISP variations. If there was no downtime at all, I would have enjoyed working more. Also, it would have been better if there was an over phone support system. I gave them 4 out of 5 stars because these problems seem minor to me.
I have consistently received reliable and secure service. What I appreciated most was their refund policy; it is very transparent, and as a customer, I found it highly satisfactory. But they taken time for refund 3-7 working days.

The service is absolutely terrible. There has been no response for more than 48 hours. My server is down and cannot be restored! The support is awful. I asked several colleagues, and they are experiencing the same situation. No explanations at all!
Worst VPS services I’ve ever experienced, their pattern is that they’ll deploy the VPS for you for about a day or 2 then you’ll automatically be disconnected and they’ll come up with same story that they are trying to get it fixed which will last indefinitely…and when you request for a refund, they’ll tell you that they are having technical issues, also I was automatically billed even tho I initially didn’t get what I paid for….. it’s almost impossible to cancel the auto billing cycle which I did not signed up for in the first place
Terrible service! Everything was great for the first 2 days and then out of no were my vps went down for 24hrs+ (still down as I write this). Support has not given me any information and I had to file a report with PayPal!
Terrible service. Their server is down around 30hrs+, still now they are unable to restore the server, they dont even know the time frame. Think twice before considering them!!!!
They monitor your VPS and will suspend it for no reason. on top they refused to refund me stay away from these guys not worth it.
