Beware of these deceitful cheaters and scammers. When you search for their services on Google, they will deliberately display ridiculously low prices to lure you in. However, once they have your attention, they’ll suddenly claim that the prices and availability have been "updated." This is just a manipulative tactic to inflate the cost significantly and take advantage of you. Their so-called low prices are nothing more than bait to trick unsuspecting customers into paying far more than they originally promised. Don't fall for their misleading offers—they’re nothing but a sham designed to rip you off. Stay far away from their dishonest practices.

As many others have said. Took money out of my account, had a confirmation certificate with number, but the hotel in Nashville, TN said that what they received from Reserving.com was that my card was declined.
Funny the charge went through right away and got all the stuff to seem legit, but come check in, nope. I had to rebook the room for my employee.
Save yourself the headache and use a reputable source even if a couple bucks more.

I accidentally booked the wrong day. I wanted to make the change within 1h after booking to the correct day. They said the changing fee is the full amount of the hotel charge.

Their a scam I booked with them in a hotel in UAE first booking no problem was perfect no hidden extra charges. I then re booked the same hotel and booking went threw no problem. Then a couple of days later they took money out of my card claiming it's for city taxes, they said they took money from my account to save me paying at hotel. I asked the receptionist in hotel about these city tax charges to witch she replied all confused saying there is none. Stay well away from this booking site

I arrived at the View Agadir to check in and was told that my booking was not valid. I waited in the lobby for 2 hours whilst they try to resolve the issue.
My elderly mum and myself where embarrased by the level of service and treatment we received. This entire issue was caused by your team and the failure on your part to ensure that my booking was legitimate.
The hotel said that the booking was not in their system and after about 6 hours of waiting around and phone calls to your office, they were able to check us in.
Terrible, terrible experience with reserving.com this summer. I ended up losing a huge amount of money trying to resolve a booking issue that was a result of a slow website with ambiguous explanations and functionality. It's ended up taking me weeks coming to terms with the fact I ended up paying for the same holiday twice.
My original booking with reserving.com proved to be wrong and I found that the site DID NOT provide assistance with booking amendments. I'm astounded by this, particularly given the suggestion that you can make amendments when you buy. Who doesn't allow you to make amendments???? After several slow exchanges with their hard to reach support team they explained I would have to have a refund and then rebook, which just seems bizarre. Then they reneged on the refund with days to go, leaving me to have to rebook and pay again. In the end, out of necessity, I managed to rebook direct with the hotel and avoided using Reserving entirely ... they get to laugh all the way to the bank of course! Horrific.
Don't give reserving.com your money, just don't ... go direct with the hotel or use another online service, anything has to be better.
I've booked countless holidays online and this has made me completely rethink the way I will have to do things in the future. I feel utterly robbed by reserving.com.

Terrible. Avoid at all costs. My wife I were stranded at a hotel. Despite a receipt and a confirmation from reserving.com itself, a payment confirmation from Amazon payment services (service provider for reserving.com) and a confirmation from my credit card company, reserving.com claimed to have not received my payment. And as per their customer service reserving reserving.com did not confirm the reservation with the hotel (despite the confirmation they sent to me). Hotel never knew of this pre-paid reservation. Again imagine despite reserving.com issuing a receipt for my payment and a confirmation of my booking they claimed I did not pay. But it gets even better. Customer service told me it was my responsibility to proof that I paid. Their own receipt, confirmation from amazon payment services and credit card company confirmation would not be enough. This is beyond ridiculous. I provided all evidence to customer service.
I wasted a good amount of time (and roaming costs) trying to talk some sense into reserving.com customer service. I had to make other arrangements and pay my accommodation again. We were lucky that the full hotel still had had a room available.
Update, one day later: still no update from customer service despite promises to get back immediately.
I am a very frequent traveler and never came across anything like this, the customer service was beyond clueless and had no idea of their business.

Worst experience ever, after reservation a hotel in Cancun, I called customer service over 10 times in different days and time but no one answered and response my call.
I don’t recommended because if any problem happened no body will help.
Prior to our arrival, we conducted thorough research to narrow down our choices to hotels offering All-Inclusive Plus or Ultra plans. The primary factors influencing our decision included the hotel’s prime location and the benefits associated with the All-Inclusive Plus package that were prominently advertised and as indicated on our booking. Unfortunately, upon check-in, we were informed that the All-Inclusive Plus option was not available at this hotel and that we had been assigned to a standard All-Inclusive package without the promised benefits. This discrepancy led to a less satisfying experience, as we had specifically chosen the hotel based on the amenities we believed we would receive. The All-Inclusive Plus features were a significant aspect of our decision, and it was disappointing to realise that we would not be enjoying the full experience we anticipated. It is crucial for the offerings advertised on the website to accurately represent the arrangements for your guests.
It's also important to mention that the guests we spoke with at the hotel felt it was more of a 3-star establishment, or at best a 4-star, rather than the 5-star experience advertised, as did we.
I would like to thank to all team of Reserving.com who helped me to resolve my private problem and to save my reservation. The are so helpful and I useful ! They did everything that it was necessary and possible! Thank you very much again good people!
I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by reserving.com. We made a reservation for the Mediterranean Village Hotel & Spa, a five-star beachfront property. However, approximately one month prior to our arrival, we received an email from reserving.com stating that the hotel could no longer accommodate us. They offered an alternative in the form of the Litohoro Olympus Resort Villas & Spa, a four-star hotel without beach access, charging the same rate. I found this unacceptable and requested a hotel with equivalent standards. Despite numerous reminders, reserving.com took over a week to respond, ultimately informing me that they were unable to provide an alternative meeting the standard of our original booking. Consequently, we were forced to cancel our reservation and seek a suitable hotel ourselves, under significant time constraints and with limited options available.

I don't know why many bad reviews about this site.maybe shts happening in other countries.I have made a reservation from reserving.com at king evelthon at cyprus hotel.by the time i made the reservation i got email confirmation and after few days after seeing all these bad reviews i got stressed.so i called the hotel to make sure my reservation will be there.and this is how it was . everything was perfect.the reservation was there until i checked in and everything was great .now i am having great time in the hotel. The system changed the dates I need the hotel for, trying to contact someone to fix this is impossible. All their responses are in Spanish with a UK phone number. Thinking this is a scam! Not helpful at all.
For 2 months I have been trying to get the reference number of the hotel I booked. But every number reserving.com supplied is not known at the hotel.

COMPLETE SCAM. I booked a hotel with them for 2 and 3 children, contacted the hotel to confirm but they confirmed that the booking is only for 2 adults and 2 children therefore I would need to pay ADDITIONAL 1000 dollars more for the additional child. Contacted reserving customer services for the past two weeks more than 50 times, spoke to Luna and her other colleagues who have said that they will either email the same day or call back. However, they never call back or email you back. And if you want to speak to the same person ie Luna the other colleagues just say she is not in the office today and hang up the call.
I would never trust them with any booking. STAY AWAY
