Have been waiting three weeks for a oven repair. Keep phoning polite people on end of phone,but nothing has happened. They promise to cell you back but they never do Have family celebration next week but nothing to cook in will now have to cancel. They take my money each month with no problems but try to speak to someone that can help impossible. Beware don’t take out cover with this company.
Just called me and hung up as soon as I answered the phone. Rude and stupid.
Received unsolicited nuisance call claiming that my washing machine was a Hotpoint one (not true) and that there was a maintenance contract with them and that they were lowering my payments. Then proceeded to ask about all my other appliances and ask for the make. Also asking for email address and alternative phone number, which I wouldn't give. When I said I didn't know the name of cooker etc they terminated the call.
Disturbed by the call wondering what they were trying to con me into and have reported the firm to the TPS

Charged £179 up front for tumble dryer repair. Told to expect a phone call from an engineer in 24 hours and visit in 72hours. Neither materialised.
Having made numerous phone calls to try to resolve this situation I finally tried to cancel the booking so I could find someone else to fix the tumble dryer.
I was very rudely told, by a woman with a yapping dog in the background (very professional) that if I cancelled it would cost me £89 administration fee!!! For absolutely nothing at all!!!
I finally complained for the third time via email and an engineer eventually did attend.
Engineer was very nice and he attempted a repair but unfortunately did not work.
I simply didn’t have the energy to contact this company again. Bunch of cowboys.
If there was a zero stars option they would certainly get that from me. Hopeless.
I reported an error code on a Neff dishwasher. They wanted to charge me £195.99 paid upfront for a visit to repair the fault and tie me into a maintenance and repair contract for a monthly fee. I got a local repairer to do the job for £35!
