Please be careful—this is a total scam. I live in NJ, and when I went to the address listed on their website, I found that the company does not exist. We asked the woman at the location about it, and she explained that people have asked about the place on several occasions, but her business has actually been at that location for years. Don't let yourselves be scammed.

I noticed after leaving a bad review this supplier had bots leave positive reviews afterwards. Do not trust. I ordered and didn’t receive any thing for months and the bank had to give me my money back.

David was helpful in explaining options for Amazon FBA orders. That support made things easier.

Good experience so far. Products are competitively priced, especially for bulk buying.

⚠ IMPORTANT WARNING TO AMAZON WHOLESALE SELLERS

Please be advised to exercise extreme caution when dealing with the distributor RELIABLE DISTRIBUTOR. Our team was scammed for nearly $6,000 USD by this company.

We placed a purchase order consisting of three items with quantities of 100, 150, and 150 units per ASIN. After completing the payment, they informed us that tracking details would be sent in a separate email. However, almost two weeks passed with no updates. When we followed up, they claimed the delay was due to the Halloween and November 1 holidays. We initially understood, given the holiday schedule.

After the holidays, their replies became noticeably slower. Their responses mainly stated that they were overwhelmed with Q4 orders. They repeatedly suggested shipping the products directly to Amazon’s warehouse to “speed up the process.” We declined this because we could not verify the accuracy of the items being shipped — which could potentially lead to even bigger issues.

By this time, we were already doubtful, as nearly a month had passed without clear communication. They continued to push for direct Amazon warehouse delivery. Because of this, we requested a refund for our initial PO, stating that we had a second large PO ready (a white lie intended only to prompt action, as we were already concerned about their legitimacy).

They agreed to issue a refund and promised to send a screenshot once it was processed. To date, we have not received anything. It has now been 12 days since their last response, and they are no longer answering calls or emails.

Decent experience, but shipping took longer than expected. Products were good though.

I am writing this review as a Virtual Assistant on behalf of my client. We purchased products worth $6,350 from this seller, and the experience has been nothing but a complete disaster. They sent us the wrong products, and despite multiple attempts to communicate and resolve the issue, they refused to take responsibility.

Because of the incorrect items they provided, our Amazon seller account got suspended, causing serious financial loss and business disruption. This is completely unacceptable.

Their behavior is unprofessional, dishonest, and fraudulent. I strongly advise everyone to avoid doing business with them. Save yourself the trouble—this seller cannot be trusted.

Order was handled well, and products arrived in good condition. Communication could be a bit quicker, but overall great.

Alleged fraud warning: “David Ware” is an alias and that Reliable Distributors LLC engaged in fraudulent activity. I paid them for services and Amazon received different items, which led to my seller account being suspended. I have reported the matter to the FBI. Do not wire them money or do business with them. They list a New Jersey address but appear to be operating out of Houston, TX.

Labels were missing on a few units, which caused a delay. They apologized and made it right, but it was inconvenient.

This website is totally a damn scam trust me if you buy products they will send you fake products you will have trouble with Amazon.

This company is a scam. We ordered genuine products, but they sent completely different and unsuitable items, which caused serious issues with our Amazon account. When we reached out, they ignored all communication and took no responsibility. Stay away from this distributor — they are not trustworthy and can cost your business big losses.

I placed an order with another company (The Kitchen Wholesale) on September 12th based on their written assurance that if Amazon did not approve us to sell the product, the order could be canceled and fully refunded. After spending about a month trying unsuccessfully to obtain Amazon’s approval, we informed the company that we wished to cancel the order as agreed.

Following that request, the seller stopped responding entirely — no replies to emails, phone calls, or messages. When I researched the company further, I discovered that the same phone number is connected to another business operating under a different name in a different state, offering identical promises.

A few weeks ago I placed an order for a hair removal cream and paid a total of $3,000, after paying and sending the shipping information they said they could not send the order to my warehouse because the minimum order to their own warehouses was $5,000 and they also said that to process the order without paying more, they would send it directly to Amazon's warehouses, which seemed absurd to me and I still agreed because I had no other option but that is not specified anywhere on their website or in their terms and conditions, despite this everything seemed to be going well, their responses were immediate and they even asked me for the Amazon labels to send the product, I provided them with the labels and all the corresponding information to this FRACKER named David Ware who is a real scammer, anyway, I anxiously waited for the merchandise to arrive at Amazon and it did indeed arrive, but Amazon instantly suspended my account for an unsuitable product, which came to amazon were CANS OF TUNA, instead of the hair removal cream they arrived cans of tuna, these people are good for nothing, not only did they steal my money, but they also SERIOUSLY affected my amazon account and my reputation, I think it's okay that they want to scam me out of money but what was the need to damage my amazon account? They did it with bad intentions, these people are BAD, there was no reason to do that of sending tuna to amazon, if they had only kept the money it would have hurt me less, but now my account is damaged, the point is, DO NOT TRUST this FREUDULENT company and its boss or head called DAVID WARE, they are PURE SCAM.

I paid $8,500+ to Reliable Distributors LLC for a wholesale order. They confirmed stock before payment, but after my money cleared, they admitted they had nothing available. Instead of shipping or refunding, they stalled with lies and excuses.

After escalating this to my bank and payment provider, I was informed that their bank account is now locked and under investigation following my dispute. This is not a misunderstanding — it’s fraud, plain and simple.

They take your money, provide no goods, stop answering calls, and try to cover it up with fake promises.
