Having my claim processed by RefundMyTicket was a smooth and painless experience. The process can seem like it stretches on forever, and that makes not having to keep on top of it yourself even more of a relief. Easy and efficient online procedure. Make sure you provide all relevant documents / proof to ease the procedure! Mine took 3 months, since we were confronted with lack of co-operation from the airline.
