I am very unhappy with the sneaker I purchased. I recieved a fake of the Classic Leather Black. I have the white one so I know how it should look and feel. The branding is all wrong and the leather feels so fake. Its a clear fake. Where else I paid and waited for this sneaker with such excitement... so imagine my disappointment when I recieve this nonsense that was sent to me. Please correct this as soon as possible.
Spent R1k on shoes, saw a message saying my payment didn't go through, contacted customer service and they said, dw, they can see it went through, i was like, amazing design, you can see that i can't.

it still says awaiting payment, i call, they're like oopsie apple pay doesn't work, as though i'm supposed to a. know that and b. empathise that they can't get a payment api to work in 2023 😢
lol they gave me a refund on the call, but it was a week after, i had to ask for it, and there was no communication.
