The delivery man, Md Hasan Mia-NB(8801864117273) behaved very rudely with me because I asked for a change and he even used the slang "Baal"

REAL ESTATE AGENTS — BEWARE.

I’ve been a RedX subscriber for years, paying for their pre-foreclosure leads with names, addresses, phone numbers, and extra for emails. Over the past year, I’ve noticed a serious drop in the quality of the data — so I ran a test.

I pulled 100 recent RedX leads and cross-referenced them with BeenVerified and other people-search services. The results?
• 97% of the emails were incorrect
• 60% of the phone numbers were wrong

That’s beyond disappointing — it’s unacceptable. When I brought this to RedX’s attention, they basically shrugged and said, “We pull from public records, not our problem.” That’s a cop-out and not what they advertise.

They are misrepresenting their capabilities and, in my opinion, toeing the line of false advertising. If you’re a real estate agent depending on this for prospecting — you’re throwing money down the drain chasing bad data.

Until they fix this, I strongly caution anyone considering RedX for pre-foreclosure leads. You’re better off doing your own research — or finding a provider that stands behind their data.

A Parcel has came to my city at 27 september... No rider picked up at 28 sep so i called hub, they said this area rider having a fight with his wife so he couldn't come. Next day [29 SEP], it was 3:00 PM, not delivered yet. So i directly called the rider, he literally said he is actually in the next area and busy, if he gets time then he will deliver it today, or tomrrow... LIKE WTF ??????????????????????????

Trasher than trash, even inside Dhaka

This is a fraudulent company. Most of the phone numbers that they share are not working, disconnected or on the DNC list. Their customer service is maddeningly irresponsible, and dishonest. Adding insult to injury, they refused to refund my money despite the fact that their service is useless to anyone but themselves. They should be closed down for false advertising, and fraudulent misrepresentation.

Can someone tell me how to rate redexbd.com on their website or any other platforms? Worst courier service in Bangladesh. Even the helpline representative is much worse than any other thing. As per representative they don't offer doorstep delivery. Their rider come to the compound and the customer should've pick the product physically from the rider. When I asked what if the customer or anyone aren't available for pickup then what'll they do? Then he said the customer should entered the flat number/ floor in the given address. Then they will provide doorstep delivery service. What type of hypocrisy from the representative!!

This is the most scam piece of crap. I got scammed out of 6500 taka and my package didn't come.

Very poor service. Delivery man are dishonest and rude.

Customer service never seem to take any action

Top fraud company in Bangladesh. I complained 3 times about their rider falsely delaying my delivery and at last he return my parcel to the marchent back. They can say only sorry to you which is none of your business. Please be aware of Redx courier. Boycott RedX Courier Bangladesh.

Doesn't take responsibility for their own mistakes and will blame customers that no one was available. Bunch of unprofessionals and bad name for the country and the business!!

Extremely bad customer service!!!

Customer service representatives are very unorganized and unprofessional to convey any information, in addition, they inquire inappropriate information which breaks customer’s privacy.

delivery man had no responsibility and good behavior

Delivery man Roni in sirajganj, he ask me to go there location to take parcel. then why charge 313tk? frustrate.

They try to scam small amount form customers. I paid their delivery man 60 taka. But in there dash board they keep -60 taka. Even they dont have record which delivery man pickup product from store.

Worst delivery ever. Not sure will I receive my item or not. Stay away from them
