After completing the 'Beginner' InDesign course with Red Rocket studios, I followed up with the 'Advanced' course in September.

It was another fantastic two sessions, Tim the trainer was clear, concise, friendly and super helpful. I wish I had done these courses years ago and would not hesitate to recommend Red Rocket to anyone.

Customised InDesign/Photoshop Course

This was my second course with Red Rocket Studio and like the last it was great!

Ally was very accommodating allowing us to cover not only InDesign, but also some simple elements of Photoshop that we wanted to learn.

The courses, led by Tim, are always well structured and easy to follow. Tim is also very accommodating repeating information that you may not have heard or understood.

I would not only highly recommend the 2-day InDesign course, but also the customised for those looking for more bespoke training.

I work for a small Marketing agency as a video and graphic editor and joined Red Rocket Studio's Adobe InDesign course in order to learn the program as I’ve always had issues working with it. I had a lot of fun on the course, it really helped me to get a better grasp of Adobe InDesign and I feel so much more confident using it at my job! The teacher was extremely friendly and helpful and would always make time for questions and concerns I had. Would absolutely recommend! 😊

Highly recommended. They provided practical helpful problem-solving for someone (me) who did know Adobe InDesign basics but needed assistance to overcome specific issues and gain confidence. Tim and Alyson provide great service at reasonable cost with the minimum of jargon.

The 2-day beginner InDesign course with Tim was brilliant and structured. I now feel comfortable to design reports for my company as well as develop bespoke social media assets. The way Tim explains how to do things and then adds to it each time he shows you is an excellent way to learn and means you don’t get left behind. Thanks Ally and Tim!

As a regular user of Photoshop and Illustrator I was looking for some training on InDesign to enable me to create publications of my work. I came across Red Rocket Studio and after a quick conversation with Ally I felt that they could offer the right level of training given my existing Adobe skill set. I opted for one-to-one training.
All the initial correspondence and instructions were clear, and the morning of the course was a simple log into zoom to meet my instructor Tim. I had previously received all the material and files needed so they were ready to use.
Tim was very knowledgeable, and we moved at a pace that was perfect for me. I found his teaching method clear and super easy to follow with plenty of opportunity for me to try out skills as we went along. I am particularly grateful for the extra tips he gave me on software that was outside of the course profile, but which linked into my intended InDesign workflow. In fact, since I had some knowledge, he covered some areas that were beyond the course level.
The day was enjoyable, and it was easy to be relaxed with Tim. So much so that it did not feel like a course, more like learning with a colleague or friend. The best bit is I have a friend to call if I need help putting it all in to action over the next year.
Thank you to Tim, Ally and everyone at Red Rocket Studios who have created a great learning opportunity. I will certainly not hesitate to come back for further training or recommend your services to others.

Fantastic InDesign training. We had an all day training session which although was a full on day, it was great fun and interesting too.
Ally and Tim are such lovely, helpful people who are on hand with support whenever you need them - thank you!

Really enjoyed my Photoshop and InDesign course with RedRocket studio, I gained numerous new skills and knowledge that I can now use on a day-to-day basis. The one-to-one course was clear to follow and was great to be able to ask questions at any point throughout the training, it was also great that the course was tailored to my skills and what I wanted to learn. I gained a wide range of new skills such as learning how to set up folded leaflets in InDesign and also editing images in photoshop. I would really recommend RedRocket for training, as they have a lovely personal touch and offer help after the course has ended.

This course was extremely beneficial and learnt many useful skills that I will apply often in Photoshop. Tim was very thorough and made it a very easy experience to use the programme.

I have just completed a 2 day InDesign training course with Tim from Red Rocket Studios. He made the course very enjoyable, not too technical and was patient and presented it in a logical manor that flowed through the different stages well. For me, as a complete novice, when I looked at the InDesign desktop prior to the training, I was a little daunted by it all, but once Tim explained in simple terms where things were, it all became quite intuitive. I probably wont be using it for more than making any commercial proposals and other print or email documents I create to look a little more professional, so this course was just at the perfect level for me. I would highly recommend Tim and the team.

I've previously benefitted from Red Rocket's Adobe training, having taken a group InDesign session and one-to-one Illustrator session in recent years. The tuition was spot-on, in terms of delivery, as well as content. Tim is immensely knowledgeable, with a friendly and patient teaching style that sets you at ease.

Since entering a new work role, I've encountered new design challenges and tighter project turn-arounds. I contacted Ally, who had been so helpful on previous occasions, and asked if a day's bespoke training would be possible. To my delight, arrangements were quickly made, a personal tuition plan agreed upon - and a very efficient day of targeted training was delivered.

I was able to hit the ground running afterwards, with improved techniques and work flows in place. Once again, Red Rocket have helped me upgrade my professional skills and confidence - and I look forward to developing further with them, as I continue to grow as a Designer. A quick review to say how helpful the training was. Tim is fantastic. I learned a lot and his tone is absolutely perfect for what he is trying to deliver. Tim and Ally offer their services for up to a year after the day of training - I am sure I will have some questions at some point in the near future. Would recommend anyone who needs training on Adobe software to get in touch!

Can't recommend Indesign Training with Red Rocket Studios enough. Everyone I've spoken to at the company has been lovely and the training itself was so thoughtful and well-planned. (I actually think they made Zoom training work better than in-person training ever could!) We covered huge amounts of information - but in a way that means I can genuinely say I've retained it all. Combined with the 'after care' the company offers (the chance to send follow-up queries, etc.) we couldn't ask for a better service. I'm certainly walking away with the skills to make the marketing materials in my head a reality - and that is beyond exciting!

I appreciate that delivering training over Zoom is not the easiest task, however I thought the training was very methodical and clear and it was really helpful being shown how to do things two or three times before having an opportunity to practice ourselves.

The day was well paced too, as was Tim’s teaching and he spoke really clearly and at the right speed to help us understand quite a complicated programme. The examples he used were also really helpful.

Going forward, I feel I have the knowledge and practice to do what I need to on InDesign and the training resources provided will be a great source of support.

I had some basic understanding of Adobe Ai and Ps before I started with training with Red Rocket, but I was not being very efficient with my workflow.

After a 2-day intensive course with Tim I walked away with much greater confidence especially as we had focused on design / content work that was relevant to my business.

Red Rocket's admin is great, and Tim is an excellent instructor who seems to possess limitless patience. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and rewarding experience.

Really pleased. Fantastic 1-2-1 tuition at home, bespoke to my needs. The tutor was extremely knowledgeable and we worked at a good pace, enabling me to try things out and troubleshoot issues. Highly recommended!

Tim's training was excellent. I had a good level of knowledge using InDesign, however, I was completely self-taught so I wanted to brush up on my knowledge and learn some new skills. The Level 2 InDesign course did exactly this. I learnt more efficient ways of working in InDesign and picked up some new techniques that I'm excited to implement. I would definitely recommend Red Rocket Studio, and I plan to complete more training with them in the future.
