RealT is a great way to have access to foreign real estate. They offer tokenised real estate, and having plans to offer more than only that in 2025.
The management provides weekly chats with the community, they are very open about their strategy.
Rents paid out weekly. Definitely a reliable and good way of diversifying your portfolio.

Some properties in Cleveland (OH), which belong to some of my business partners, have been illegally put up for sale or sold as tokens. Remy Jacobson is not the owner of these properties and what he is doing is completely illegal. If you have already purchased these tokens I advise you to immediately contact a lawyer to request the return of your money.

I am the rightful owner of a single family home in Cleveland that I saw on this site being sold for tokens. I have never sold the priority and it is in my possession and if you have bought properties from them in tokens I advise you to be careful and get your money back.

RealT is selling tokenized properties ! They don’t have the right to sell these properties that belong to my business partner in Cleveland. Contact an attorney asap if you have purchased from them.

This company is involved in fraudulent activity. They have tokenised properties without the approval of the seller and have been selling tokens of properties which they DO NOT OWNED. Avoid at all cost if you don’t want to have your money stolen and to be dragged in lawsuits lasting many years.

My properties in Cleveland (OH) are still legally mine, but Remy Jacobson is selling tokens related to these properties without any authorization. Not only has he never completed the purchase, but he is also attempting to profit from something he does not own. This platform sells property that is not theirs. They don't own the underlying asset. I directly know people whose assent is currently on sale on this platform without their permission.
