Ordered 2 letters. Got 2 emails and 2 confirmation numbers. One of the letters was dispatched within hours, the other still not sent. Have now tried to contact them three times and they are not answering.

Absolute disgrace and shambes - customer service is non existant.

Really great authentic looking letters from Santa Clause. Fast (and free) delivery as well. Will buy again next year :)

It was easy to select and personalise the Santa letters I wanted. It made Christmas that little bit more special. This will definitely become a Christmas tradition for us.

We had some issue due to delivery but Shara from customer service was amazing and deal with my problem with patience. The letter arrived and my daughter was in shock. She did not know what to say or think. She kept saying “ that couldn’t be from Santa , no way “” thank you

They were magical. We used them to reveal my 3 childrens trip to lapland. My youngest couldn't believe she had a certificate to say she was on the good list!

Very fast delivery, especially with it being Christmas time. Would be better if the page was more like paper to have a realistic feel to it but amazing product nonetheless!

Ordered from Magic Santa Letter last couple of years and the paper used was high quality.

The paper from RealSantaLetters, was very poor cheap high gloss, and in comparison and was overall a poor quality product in comparison.

Great quality and delivered within a few days. Made a big difference to the Santa experience

This is the best ! You write your own letter ( if you wish ) so you can really personalise it. Both children were amazed how much detail Santa knew about them !!

My child absolutely loved the Real Santa letter! She's 8 years old and the first thing she said was "I think this is real mummy". Also I had a little problem with my order, but the customer service was great they sorted it out in no time. I'll be looking to get one next year!

I thought it was great that you could personalise them to suit and when they arrived I thought they looked good.. when my children opened them I was very disappointed. Was printed on tacky gloss paper, the print wasn’t straight, had smudged and printed onto the other side of the letter.
For the money paid it was very low quality. Wouldn’t recommend.

We ordered a letter for each of our boys. They are absolutely stunning. The certificate was a lovely touch (especially the ticks for checked twice). I liked the fact that you could write a section to make it personnalised for each child.
I will definitely be ordering again next year.

This letter format gives you the chance to fully edit the letter to suit the recipient which means it can be personal and meaningful. I would recommend highly.

Lovely letter. Lots of options for personalisation for even more believable letter. My 7 year old absolutely loves it. Arrived in plenty of time for Christmas on beautiful paper with lovely certificate

I would not order from this company again. My order was delayed without valid reason. Apparently 4 letters were send but i had not received any. When I had it recorded delivered it then arrived. The customer service was poor. I was told I was emailed but I was not.
They were other sites offering similar products. I would stay away from this one.
