SCAM WARNING: Fake Subscriptions

Absolute scam. They are claiming I have a subscription that I never signed up for. Using aggressive 'overdue' tactics to demand money. Reported to Action Fraud and the NCSC. Do not trust this company or give them any payment details.

Scam!!!

I did not subscribe to this company but somehow they signed me up for a subscription of £10.99 every fortnight! Don't ask me how this happened and how they got hold of my details but as a 76 year old retiree there is no way I would look to or sign up for tutoring services! I contacted my Bank to explain the situation but they said you must have agreed to these charges! I eventually managed to e-mail this Company to cancel any future subscriptions and ask for the return of my money. They confirmed the cancellation but refused to give my money back. One education lesson learned at least and thank goodness I checked the bank statement!

Avoid quick tutor at all costs

Avoid quick tutor at all costs, I have had to block them from taking payments from my account. I messaged them to remove/cancel the D/D which they have ignored and despite emailing them and blocking payments to them they still keep trying to take money.

FULL REFUNDI

I, like the other people on here, paid the 0.01p and then was charged £11.99. Quick-tutor emailed me to tell me that my subscription was set up and that they would take the £11.99 monthly. I clicked to unsubscribe, which they acknowledged, but after reading the comments on here I felt uncomfortable so I emailed them and voiced my concerns. My email was acknowledged and then they replied and explained that I had indeed signed up for it - it’s in the small print guys, the stuff we don’t read! After I had sent a few emails, which they always answered with pure professionalism, I have today been notified by my bank that I have received a full refund. Thank you quick-tutor.
