Very disappointing experience with QuickDoc.

I paid for a consultation that was approved, but the promised follow-up with their partner pharmacy never happened. Despite multiple emails and reassurances, I was never contacted, and my treatment was delayed for days.

There was a clear lack of communication, transparency, and continuity of care. In the end, I paid for a service that was not completed as advertised.

I’m sharing this so others are aware that QuickDoc may not deliver what it promises, especially when timely follow-up is needed.
