Puzzle Inbox has been a game-changer for my outreach. The warmed inboxes deliver flawlessly, and having everything set up on official Google accounts gives huge peace of mind. Five stars.

Switched from Zapmail after I had a deliverability crash. I have been using their warmed mailboxes for my agency clients. It has been solid for me in terms of reply rate.

I started using Puzzle Inbox around 8-9…

I started using Puzzle Inbox around 8-9 months ago after reading a post about them on Reddit. They have been kind and fast. I was having a lot of trouble with a lot of vendors where inboxes were getting suspended every other week. My infra with them has been stable and having a good experience overall.

Fast setup

Fast setup. Fast support.

One of the best providers for cold email inboxes. I had a wonderful experience. I had issues with my old vendor in terms of deliverability so they have been a blessing.

I have had a incredible experience with them. They helped me on basically everything including opening inboxes, setting up DNS settings and add it to my sending tool. Extremely helpful on cold email based questions as well. My go to for cold email inboxes.

I first saw them on X

I first saw them on X. I have been running cold email for around 3 years. The last vendor I had got my mailboxes suspended. Lucky enough I saw them a day after through a X giveaway. I have both outlook and google with Puzzle Inbox. One of the best suppliers out there!

NEVER USE THEM

NEVER USE THEM!

Beginner company, Got my inboxes burned after a week of trying and following THEIR warmup protocol.

Invested in more domains > got burned > Asked to cancel my subscription before 3 days of my billing cycle. They said you should've canceled before 5 days and now we'll need to bill you for another month.

On the chats the VA was acting aggressively and SUPER unprofessional and said "We'll bill you and then you can dispute the payment and see who'll win it"

just use premiuminboxes or cheapinboxes instead.

Hi Anas,

We’re sorry to see this review, but we want to clarify several inaccuracies so readers have the full context.

Your inboxes were not “burned.”
You successfully used our service for over three months without any issues. Our system shows no burned inboxes or domain losses. The claim that you “invested in more domains and got burned” is not accurate.

You requested cancellation because you planned to pause until January—not due to service issues.
You explicitly said:
“You've been good so far… I was planning to comeback in January.”

Our cancellation policy is clear and was accepted at signup.
We require 5 business days of notice before the next billing cycle. This policy appears:

On the onboarding form

On our website

In the Terms of Service

On the Stripe checkout page

You reached out 3 days before your billing date, which is outside this window.

Your messages included threats of fraudulent disputes, as well as abusive remarks toward support staff.
One message stated:
“Don’t let me cancel the card or open a dispute and go to that loop hole… If you insisted about the TOS I’ll not return and your biz gonna get hurt.”

You also said you "don’t care about the TOS" and followed this with personal insults.
Our team responded professionally and reminded you of the agreement you accepted. We cannot condone or engage with attempts to use fraudulent disputes as leverage.

Despite being outside policy and despite the tone of the conversation, we still granted your cancellation.
Management reviewed the situation, canceled your subscription, and deleted your inboxes as a courtesy.

We support honest feedback, but we also have a responsibility to correct false statements and protect our team from abusive behavior.
