It's definitely not what I expected. Poor quality, poor colors, no frame ... completely disappointed.

Same issues as others. Purchased the so called canvas, received a print. Frame, at £40 is a joke. Have been trying to return with no luck. Will try and get money back via my card now. My advice would be avoid and seek elsewhere.

An absolute scam. Cancelled my order within 48hrs twice and yet they still decided to post it and now wont issue a refund. SCAMMERS!! Do not buy from this site!!

This is not a reputable company. I did not get what I ordered. I ordered a 28" x 56" frame. Instead I received two smaller frames. When I ask for a refund I was told to return the order to china. I will cost almost twice as much as I paid originally to sent back. Im out $69.00 and have two junk frames.

I've been waiting a month for my order then I read the reviews I would defo stay away from this company altogether pur scam and rip off

Poster almots OK,
but 49 pounds for a "DIY" frame is litterally a theft !
5 persons to just understand how the frame works, no nails, only double faced tape which is absolutely not efficient at all ! Poster just cut to fit the frame, not 1 cm more, we have to be 4 hands to try to hold the canvas over the frame, and once again, double faced tape is not a relevant solution to maintain the whole structure !!!!

They got me too! Thought I was receiving a "canvas" and instead received a poster. Deception at it's finest. If you're reading this, shop elsewhere.

Not honest in there advertising. There return policy is not consistent if you read one place its different than another. I tried to cancel 10min after I purchased learning its not framed. They don't return emails in a timely fashion and only responded to 2 out of 5 and its been almost a month since I ordered still don't have it. I was told I would get a refund but then told later its to late already shipped when I contacted them way before. This is not a good company stay clear. The good reviews have to be from there own people or paid surveyors. :(

I received my print today , I ordered it 3 weeks ago , so delivery was good . I am delighted with it , I got unframed because it was from overseas . I can’t wait to see it on the wall . The price was very good , I looked in uk first and for a similar one , it would have cost me 3 times as much . So Thank you very much . One very happy customer

I received my 3 prints within the month I’d ordered them. They are Beautiful!! I did realize I had the option of framing them; I chose otherwise though wish I would have. I am going to now. I’m Very happy with canvas prints I received. And the price very reasonable! Thank you, PurPrints for these Beautiful Prints!

OMG do not buy from these scam artists, they will not respond correctly to emails and you will get crap in the post. BE WARNED

Awful. DO NOT BUY!Total scam as in you not get a frame with picture just a rolled up picture. I chased them for 2 months to get my goods and when arrived one of the pics were missing which I never got it. Customer service is awful so I gave up trying to get my refund.

worst online purchase I have ever had the misfortune to have done, complete crap. Pixels are better on an 80s PC screen and frame that requires building my 10 year old could do better - dont dont buy !!!

Do Not Buy from here. They are not selling items as described. Only in competing transaction do you find you have to buy extra items to display print or canvas. Item then didn't arrive and refused a refund as said couriers issue not theirs. Appalling customer service will never use again.

These are NOT canvas pictures. They are prints. Although the listing says unframed they are shown as stretched canvas pictures and constantly referred to as a Canvas. In the UK a canvas means a piece of stretched material over a wooden frame. This is NOT what you get. You get a rolled up print which at the larger sizes would cost hundreds to frame!! This is a con - do not buy from them
