In December 2025 I ordered a knee…

In December 2025 I ordered a knee therapy gadget that costed over a hundred bucks . Instead, I received a red light waist band. Not only the wrong product, but is more than 30 dollars less. I tried to reach out with the instructions given for returns n refunds. No contact . I tried twice in a one week span. Nothing. I’m more than happy to forward the email I sent to the email twice that specifically states on the website for returns and refunds. If they are not being received on the companies’s end that’s another problem n should be looked into my opinion in order to provide a better customer experience. Hopefully that will be considered instead of writing off feedback as misleading.

The only reason we SHIPPED the correct unit to you which you will recieve today the 12th of JAN 2026 is because you left this review instead of calling us or emailing us. 1800-881-5993 we are always here to assist. We would appreciate you changing this negative and misleading review when you recieve the correct product you purchased Today There is proof of Delivery to your mail room for the correct produyct. We did not ask for the original shipped product back, due to our mistake. We made it right and you should acknowledge that

I treat my shoulders with the portable…

I treat my shoulders with the portable deep tissue massager after each and every day. The percussive pulses work wonders on tight muscles. It's comletely legit, took some time for the delivery but worth the wait.
