Absolutely "Hell Noooooo" A simulated human hand....

Absolutely "Hell Noooooo"

I ordered a " Neck shoulder massager with heat"
Ordered on January 10th. 2026.. 2 weeks later after it not arriving I sent an email to ask where my item was, I was told they've acknowledged the package was misdelivered due to an error on their side...
I received an email from them to say that a full refund will be processed and a new replacement would be sent to me at no cost at all due to it being there fault....
I sent an email on February 3rd asking where my refund was as I still had not received the product. They messaged me back that same day saying that I would receive a confirmation email that week which would have been before the Friday of that week with a tracking number for the free massager..and it would be soon though it was their problem hence it being free so I responded To say that I was waiting on the free massager at no cost of my own and maybe also would get a refund which you said I would have the confirmation email for by the Friday. The refund or massager has still not been received as they've not sent it... The next day I was emailed by this company to say they were sorry for the delay and they sent a tracking number for the massager along inside the email to say that it was free and no cost of my own. However, the tracking number does not work. It is not valid... On the 9th of February I email them to say that they'd also told me I'd receive a refund....on the 15th I emailed again to ask where my refund was and since that time I've had nothing at all!! This was over a week ago. I have not received my order. I've not received an email. I've not received ANY correspondence. I've not received the refund. I'm very disappointed. It seems like this company is corrupt. I've heard nothing at all. It's disgusting.
