Order placed in November, still not received.
No help from the customer service, don't waste your time on this website.

I ordered in November to be sure to have my products in December...and still did not receive my order.
I wrote several emails and only received vague answers...
I am not sure that I will ever received something...
My advice: don't order anything without any guarantee !

Same here, order mid of November. Never received product, neither a refund.

Ordered bed on September 27th 2021. I have never received it. Sent them repeated emails all to no avail!
The company is either a scam or already in administration. Taking it up with the bank.
Do not BUY from them.

Same problem as all the others, order from beginning of November still not received. No reply to Mails!!! Scam!!

Scam/Fraud. They are not deliverying the goods but still advertising on Instagram/Facebook.

Like all the other reviews, I have ordered in October and to date have not received my order. Customer service is very unhelpful, I have contacted Paypal with whom I paid to get a refund, maybe other customers should contact their credit card or PayPal to get a refund and give the link to this Trustpilot as a proof of very bad service.

Fraud! Do not order. Neither do they ship the goods, nor can you reach anyone there.

fraud, I did not get the ordered goods, I will send e-mails asking when I will get the order, unfortunately I never received an answer. it is not possible to contact by phone. result: money has been debited from my account and it is not possible to get it back. is it called theft ???

I ordered a bed from this company in September. There has been nothing but a series of excuses and broken promises. They told me it would come within 10 days, then they told me their logistics sept was on holiday. I have asked for a refund for the the last three emails and they have not issued one but just keep sending me more excuses. A shocking company. Do not order from them. Despite a slick website they are a complete con.

Avoid this company, I never received my order even after 45 days, the customer service is poor and acting in very bad faith (saying that the order will be sent). They don’t want to refund me the money. Just avoid, it’s a scam

This company are a complete nightmare. I ordered a dog bed at the beginning of October and have chased them ever since I had 1 email at the beginning of November to say I would receive my order with in 10 days and we are now nearly the middle of December.they are not replying to me and I can’t get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Awful experience. Like all previous reviews, this company is a scam. We’ve been waiting since October 4th for our puppy bed and still haven’t received anything. The customer service has been telling us the same thing for the past 2 months: that there are shipping delays and that the bed will arrive next week.. Extremely disappointed by this company. Doing all that I can now to get reimbursed!

4 months since I paid and never received the products. Customer care doesn't reply to any of my emails and impossible to get a refund...

I also ordered a bed for my dog with Puppy Love 17/10/21. Today 06/12/21 I still haven’t received my order! I mailed PuppyLove twice. And was told there was a delay in delivery because they changed the firm they worked with. I also asked for a refund and didn’t get any reaction! So Puppy Love is very unreliable and I will never order with them again!

I too have not received my order and have no legitimate response from the company, despite multiple emails. I’m attempting to get my money back through my bank now as, based on all the other reviews, I guess I will most likely never receive my dog’s bed. Really disappointed.

Do not trust this company. My story is the same as all the others, ordered weeks ago, doesn't turn up, they say there are supply issues and each time I ask for a refund they ask me to be patient!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDSTERS

This company should close! I ordered 2 beds October 5th and I only get emails with excuses and no refund. It's a scam!

A pity ! Unacceptable !
Ordered end of October with a promise to deliver in 72 hours. Their support service is just lying - finding excuses but without bringing solution. They steal people as they refuse to reimburse. Nobody should trust that company and buy from them

I’m disgusted order dog bed was told supply issue that I would get it in 10days. You guessed I still have not recieved it,
Requested a refund no reply I am furious
