I am regularly receiving scam emails from this server and it’s always anonymized. After spending a week uncovering the source which is always PTISP.PT They refuse to take any action. The scammers that target my accounts use PTISP.PT religiously for their phishing attacks. Anyone that wants to do business with these people please understand this company is a scam and should be investigated by the authorities. My latest Ticket Number IBI-449-17185

The support really is a disaster. It always took me a day to get a reply to a ticket and although the problem was clearly described, there was no concrete help. The answers made everything even more complicated.
Example 1: According to support, switching to Maria Database 10 should not be possible without a new migration and is therefore a problem. Strange, on another server I downloaded the 5.7 database, created a new database 10 and uploaded the data there, adjusted config-php, done.
Example2: To get an EPP code / auth code I have been waiting for almost 2 days, how long it will take remains to be seen.

They messed up the server with updates, lost all my contents and do not assume the error. They didn't even try to help.

Very affordable prices, and a phenomenal quality! I was looking for a lodging and I saw a PTISP and as soon as I got access to everything I was promised! I needed a help for a setup, and I called and had a five star service! I do not want another host! Ptisp is very good!
