Genuinely very impressed with PRYA, their customer service is absolutely outstanding! Had a small hiccup with my items. I sent an email to them, within minutes I had received a response and by early evening I had confirmation of replacement order. No hesitation, no arguments no qualms. Just simple, easy and very friendly. Items look lovely! If the quality of their items is half as good as the customer service then they have a lifelong customer in me! Thank you PRYA, my first impression as a new customer is extremely positive

I would like to say the customer service was excellent. Bought some earrings which wasn’t as expected and didn’t fit right . Contacted them and after sending video evidence of me wearing them , they accepted the fault and replaced them straight away .

Where do I start I order a necklace from another place similar to the one I ordered from PRYA it sadly broke so come across prya found a better necklace can tell the quality is so much better . The craftsmanship is stunning can tell the brand puts in time and care into there products.absolutely love the necklace also they emailed me after to thank me which I found so nice such a personal touch

With custom pieces patience is definitely needed, other than that I can’t fault this company as it’s rare that most companies look after their customers this way. Priya has a wonderful collection of amazing jewellery, and I keep going back to their wonderful website to find something else either for myself or for a present. I have just bought another pair of beautiful earrings - the Nadia Knot Knocker Earrings this time as a present for a loved one! They are stunning and great for an evening out or any time you wish to feel and look special! Great quality, beautiful gold-colour! Sent in beautiful gift pouch! And Great Service, as always!

I ordered a personalised item on the 5th of February. They said it was 4week wait it’s now the 20th of march and I have not received the item. I have not been giving an update as to when my package will arrive the last information I got was that it was still being made 4 weeks after the order was made. I have requested a refund and I have had no response. You have taken my money and given me nothing. I will never order again or recommend anyone else to order with them either.

Terrible business

Absolutely appalling customer service. I was told that the deliver would be expected within one week when I was purchasing. This was for a valentines gift, it showed up an entire 6 weeks later.. disgusting. No offer of refund

I have orders a necklace february 3 and did not reseived anything!!! So many emails and they are answering very late inlet ones a week… i think its a fake website

Not impressed at all - placed an order on 12 February 2026 to make sure I had the order for my daughters birthday - i hadn't heard anything at all so contacted them today. They told me they are catching up with orders and it could take 5-7 weeks. This was not made clear to me when I placed my order - so I have asked to cancel it and get my money back and they have said no, I'm too late!! Not impressed at all - terrible service!!!!

Ordered from here for the first time, item came in a reasonable time unfortunately there was a problem with the item however Sharon from customer service dealt with my concern quickly and professionally so thank you very much. I wasn’t expecting the resolution to be this easy so thankyou for that, would recommend and would be my first point of call for jewellery now
