I would not recommend Protos Security because you all have illegal companies working for your agency and not following the city ordinances of the Kansas city Board Of Commissioners to make sure that ALL companies are compliance with independence and kcmo pd Board Of Commissioners which means they are Impersonating a police officer which is under the uniform law in which our department takes very seriously because it makes it hard for legal teams to get work

PIN numbers assigned to my company for clocking in/out is not same as the PIN number dispatch is using. This discrepancy has caused confusion during a phone call with the dispatch for punch dispute. This issue has been addressed and currently being worked on for last 5 days.
