Very friendly staff and exellent customer service. They did their best to satisfy our whims. It was a big project. Ensuite in the main bedroom, built from scratch. Converted an old small kitchen and a bathroom downstairs in to a disent size kitchen. Also converted storage room in to utility room. Everything made up to a high standard.

unfortunately because of Covid19 lockdown the job Pro property was doing for me it is only at the planning stage. Up to that point I had a very good experience with them. Helpful, giving me ideas. Also understanding when due to the coronavirus I need it to postpone the job for a later date.

ProProperty have done a lot of work for us since we moved into our new house- replacing/moving the boiler, moving a sink, changing radiators, fixing a leak. They are always friendly, easy to deal with and willing to explain the work they are recommending/doing. Arrive on time and are careful not to leave a mess behind. We've had no issues with any of the work carried out.

We had Pro Property fully refurbish our bathroom, taken back to brick, re plastered and tiled etc. and altered from bath to shower cubicle the team was great from first visit and planning to completion. I felt very comfortable leaving them in the house when i went to work and when issues arose they kept me informed and in constant contact about progress. i would definitely recommend Pro Property and will use them again myself.

We had a water leak today . Pro-property sent out a plumber same day and it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I have been using Pro-property for around 10 years now and always receive good service

I highly recommend Pro Property. They fitted my new boiler and recently serviced it, and could not be happier with the service.
I decided on Pro Property not just because of the quote, which was similar to the others I had done, but because of the whole package - they were helpful and friendly from the moment I went into the shop and when they came out to do the quote. The other larger companies could have learned a lot from them!
On the two days of work they were prompt, respectful and quietly got on with the job, leaving everything clean and tidy.
It's great to have this company so local to me and I will definitely use Pro Property again.

Had a new boiler fitted by Pro Property. Very competitive price for the package. The fitter Dan was very good and kept the area clean all the time and he was very friendly. Would highly recommend.

We’ve used Proproperty several time now for various Jobs, including installing and moving radiators and a large plumbing leak and repair insurance job. They’ve been excellent in every regard every time. Punctual? Friendly, reliable and well priced. Thoroughly recommend them.

Pro Property employee Anthony installed an extractor fan in my kitchen this week and did an excellent job Anthony took time and patience to ensure that a difficult fitting fan looked the best before he left. Thank you once again.

I've also had a new shower, hand basin and toilet installed by Pro Property who again did an excellent job, cannot fault their commitment, timekeeping and professionalism. I would recommend them 100%

Had leak in boiler on Sunday evening of bank holiday. Dean came out within half hour and fixed problem (including bonus mini service) for a very reasonable price. Don't think the service could have been any better. Overall excellent.

Rob was a very compitant, pleasant natured and polite engineer to have working in our home . He was punctual every morning and described his work and answered any queries we put to him
