Reliable , professional and friendly .

I had an issue with a leak under my sink. Linzi was very helpful and Dan came to fix the issue within a few hours. All sorted and I'm very happy.

Pro Property were quick to answer my call. Booking Daniel (recommended by a neighbour), to fix a leaking valve spindle on my C/H.
Daniel arrived as booked, on time and promptly repaired my heating system, leaving no mess afterwards.

Following my annual boiler service, I had further work also carried out by Daniel Herbert of Pro Property on 1 Oct 2025. This involved installing a filling loop with pressure gauge in the cupboard on the landing, as this is more convenient for checking boiler pressure and refilling if needed than going up into loft to do so. I was very pleased with the service and the fact that very little debris was left in the cupboard after drilling. I have generally been happy with work that the company has carried out for me, and would recommend them to others.

Daniel Herbert has been servicing our boiler since we started out with our boiler cover with pro property and he is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. A real asset to the company.

Andy from Pro Property has visited a couple of times to decorate our kitchen. He turned up on time, took care to cover all surfaces, cleaned up well afterwards and did a great job with the painting. Very friendly and helpful, would certainly recommend.

Pro property are currently carrying out work on the Spirtualist Church on Fir Street/South Road.
I am a neighbour to the Spiritualist Church, and I couldn't praise the work men enough especially Ben for freindly, politeness and consideration to the public especially on Fir Street, Thank you to Ben and work colleagues at pro property.

When I do need work to be carried out I will certainly have pro property to do the job, and would certainly ask for Ben if I needed a plumber (such a lovely person), they all do seem to have that professionalism about them, 👍🙂

We were first introduced to ProProperty a year ago by a neighbour. Since then we have used them another couple of times. During a recent boiler service by Vaillant we were advised to have our central heating system (combi boiler) power flushed. This, plus a full boiler service, was carried out today by Daniel. He has visited us before and again carried out the work meticulously, explaining to us as he proceeded what he was doing at each stage. Whilst forecast to be noisy, it was in fact no where near as noisy as the last time this was undertaken.
Another excellent jobfrom a company we fully recommend.

As always my boiler service was dealt with professionally, from the booking in, to the arrival of the engineer. Dan is always polite, friendly and tidy. Arriving between the specified times he carried out the work thoroughly and efficiently. As usual a pleasure to deal with this company and their employees.

Ben undertook our boiler service today and I am really pleased with the service and his explanation of what was done. Ben was also very polite and professional.

ProProperty recently renovated my kitchen - creating a design that made the best of the limited space available and then implementing that design. I've used this firm on a number of different jobs, both outside and inside. They have always given full satisfaction, and this time was no exception, with the work was completed to a high standard in accordance with the agreed schedule. I was impressed with all of the people assigned to the job, but should single out Steve, the joiner, who fitted the kitchen units and did the tiling. As usual, ProProperty did an excellent job in minimising the mess while the job was in progress, and cleaning up when they had finished. I can recommend this firm without hesitation.

Rob installed and fitted a new outside toilet and wash basin and tap for us. His workmanship was of the highest of standards. He was personable and friendly and very respectful of our home. Great work and very pleased with the job done.
