Including the best cuts of very fresh beef, pork and chicken. All sausages are done in house by our greatly talented butchers team. We take very big pride in what we serve, how we serve. Productos Brasileiros clearly takes pride in its logistics and customer service. Their updates are helpful, and the care they put into packaging delicate food items is much appreciated. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for genuine Brazilian products in the UK.
Misleading marketing - they were selling beans at full price and sent me a pack that would go off in 7 days. Customer service told me to cook straight away and only upon explaining how this is a really bad practice I was offered a refund. I advised your customer service to at the very least, contact customers if the product will go off soon to inform customers beforehand of the short usage dates. I hope the shop understands that the loss of trust on the quality of what they're receiving is what will take customers to shop with competitors instead.
Cheque a data dos produtos assim que chegarem em casa, pois recebi um pacote de feijão comprado com valor de produto novo com apenas 7 Dias de validade. O serviço de atendimento ao cliente ao ser informando me disse pra cozinhar o produto logo, e somente ao explicar como isso é uma péssima prática comercial o mínimo que deveriam fazer era informar quem fez o pedido antes de enviar os produtos. Espero que a Loja compreenda que o preço que se paga ao perder a confiança de clientes é infinitamente maior do que um pacote de feijão - é assim que outras lojas ganham clientes.
Don't buy pork ribs they sell them for 1Kg but in reality they only get 770 gr it doesn't seem right to me
Have ordered from them a few times and they have to be the most underhanded company.
They will “forget” to add all your items then refuse to provide a refund.
Do not risk buying from them and just go to a physical location.

The order number is 44475 and I have an e-mail from them asking me for a photo proving I hadn't received the product. What am I supposed to do show a photo of an empty box?
A joke of a company that is best to avoid
The best Brazilian products online, fresh meats vacuum packed with ice to maintain quality, it looks like I just bought it at the butcher's, the products are well packaged and have everything from Brazil, excellent experience
