In the initial stages dealing with ProConveyancing who were recommended by my agent, it’s quite frustrating that you are not speaking to a human being and just dropping documents into a box on the app. I’m acting as an executor which is also tricky in terms of finding some of the things needed. However, once you have a named conveyancing solicitor who is prepared to communicate regularly especially near exchange and completion time the situation vastly improves. The representative I had named Faz was really good. It’s unfortunate that she is leaving ProConveyancing in a few days.

Absolutely disgrace. Little communication throughout the 6 months it took for my mum and dads house to complete…..no chain as buyers they were eager to move as quickly as possible as they were in rented accommodation. They had mortgage review and survey done within a week of offer being accepted!
Exchange/completion day…..no call to ask if we were still ok to complete just an email to say it was done (good job I was checking my emails) didn’t contact estate agent to let them know, I did that when I got home from work and checked funds had reached my bank!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Unless you want your frustration and stress levels reaching their limits
ABSOLUTELY NO POINT IN REPLYING TO YOUR RESPONSE! Standard reply to everyone with a complaint. You didn’t deal with my complaints when you were suppose to be representing me. Not wasting my energy.

From the outset the fees and process was explained to me clearly. Fazeelat was my Solicitor and she always responded to my enquiries quickly and, in fact, I never waited longer than an hour for a response or update. I would recommend ProConveyancing who have made what is normally a stressful process much easier.

My experience with the staff of this company is amazing.
Everyone was polite and professional.
But I am going to focus on the Solicitor that handled my Conveyancing Fazeelat Jafri.
She is an amazing hard working lady and professional.
She responded to my inquiries promptly and very calmly irrespective of pressure mounted on her.
I recommend her to whoever that wants her service.

We used ProConveyancing on the recommendation of our estate agents and like people say, conveyancers are as good as the solicitors they have working for them. Fazeelat was assigned to our case, both sale and purchase, and from the outset she was ‘human’. That sentiment can seem strange but it went a long way to deal with someone who didn’t just ‘read the script’ or treat us as just another case file to deal with.

She called us to give us regular updates, took her time to listen to our answers to some of the questions raised by our buyers solicitor enabling her to push back where necessary, she also took time to explain some legal aspects of the process as and when we needed further clarification.

She also give us her direct number if we had any questions. It was nice to speak to her directly without having to go through the main switchboard.

I also appreciated her honesty. When there were busy periods for her due to completion dates for her other clients, she was transparent enough to inform us that an email hadn’t been read or a task hasn’t been completed because she had to reprioritise. I personally like that because she didn’t try to fob me off.

‘Faz’ you have been great and you’re an asset to proconveyancing.

One thing though (although it really doesn’t have to do with you directly), please tell the team to do better with updating the app for accurate status on cases! It was all very behind!

Very pleased with the speed of the purchase and sale,
Being of the older generation I was not familiar with a portal system but was hand held throughout by Fazeelat Jafri.
I think contact could be handled by just two conveyancer’s as several names kept popping up who I did not recognise, I was afraid of scammers that we are so often warned about. If it wasn’t for Fazeelat I would have been totally confused.

This was my first time buying a house, so was not really aware of the process and was hoping to use a solicitors that kept me in the loop of what was happening. Pro conveyancing was recommended by the estate agents, I thought great they even have an online app to see regular updates on the purchase.

How wrong was I! The communication throughout the purchase was poor non existent at times. My emails where ignored on a number of occasions, the estate agents even emailed to try and get updates. When I did receive a response they where very brief and often not answering what I had asked. The app is not worth having it is at least 2 weeks behind real time and not updated regularly at all. Finally I recieved my contracts and documents to sign these where posted back and I am glad I posted recorded delivery as there was no communication to say these had been recieved I had to track myself to find this out.

A week before completion I had not heard anything since all documents where emailed to me so emailed the solicitor who said she would get in touch with a completion statement at the end of the week. Friday came and nothing so I emailed and got no reply. Three days before completion I had still not heard anything despite being told I would recieve a completion statement at the end of the previous week! So I had to make contact again. The estate agent was chasing them as well but he failed to get any reply in response to emails. I sent 2 emails three days before completion both of which where ignored. My mortage advisor who was amazing thoughout the whole process even got involved to see what was happening. She got answers from someone who said 2 urgent messages had been sent to my solicitor I asked where she was and was told she is working remotely from home!!!! Email finally recieved only to pass the book and blame the accounts team for the delay, surley this should have been sorted well before this as completion date was agreed weeks in advance. To say I will have it with you as soon as I can 3 days before completion is shocking!

What should have been an exciting time turned into a very stressful one as I had no idea what was happening throughout the whole process especially in the last couple of days before completion. It turned out exchange and completion was going to be done on the same day. Not sure why when there had been weeks to sort this out.

The service I received was inadequate. I have never experienced communication and service like this.

My brother in law is now selling his house and I will not be recommending pro conveyancing to him!

My ProConveyancing solicitor Fazeelat, could not have been more helpful or approachable. She gave me a direct mobile number to contact her on at any time and always answered it promptly when I called. The house buying process was very smooth and I am pleased I chose ProConveyancing for the job, I would definitely recommend them to others.

Pay more and go elsewhere for a better service. An app that doesn't update, a team that do not respond on email or VM, and conveyancers that do not care.
I was allocated ProConveyancing after signing up with Lifetime Legal and I urge anyone to go elsewhere.
We should have exchanged end June 2022, during July 2022 I could hardly ever reach anyone, and we completed mid August in the end, on a simple, chain-free purchase. We lost our removal company as we lost our exchange date, incurred additional costs and they did not care.
Even pre completion, when asked "is there anything you need before we complete?" there was no reply - repeatedly - and then at noon on completion day we were told they were outstanding £15k to complete!
Neither myself, the mortgage company, or estate agent could get replies from our allocated conveyancer who worked 3 days a week (fine if they reply, but could be literally weeks between responses). The mortgage company instead made direct contact with the Operations Director (Hayley Hellon) after they could not get urgent information from our conveyancer. HH was very helpful when we could not reach the team, but the general/allocated conveyancing team aren't in control of the transactions, are not responsive, and certainly proactive.
At the last minute, I established they completely misunderstood/forgot/did not note the type of sale we had - (outlined from the start), which would have seen us incur +£10,000's in Stamp Duty had I not picked up their error - which they still told me I had wrong, 3 months in.

Fazeelat was professional, quick to respond to my queries and got my sale through quickly. I would definitely recommend.

Great service. Very thorough and communicative throughout the process. Our solicitor Fazeelat Jafri was brilliant. Unfortunately our sale fell through however ProConveyancing were great and we will be using them again when we hopefully find a property!

They have done my sele and purchase , both process were very smooth easy and very professional. Special thanks to Sue who did the sales convayencing and Fazz for the purchase.
