Moen Water Shut off Valve Installation experience

I was referred to Frontdoor Pro through my insurance company to install a Moen water shut off valve. The first person I spoke to was difficult to understand and spoke very fast, so I was really nervous about who they would send out. I ended up with Gardner Plumbing out of Murrietta CA, who came to the Palm Springs area to install my valve. They could not have been better and will now be my go to plumber. Highly recommend them. I'm glad in the end that I went through Front Door to do the Moen install, rather than buying and installing through a local plumber.

Great

Great, prompt service. Very flexible with scheduling and when he arrived he was fast/informative and didn’t try to over sell us stuff we didn’t need. He even made some great recommendations for a future project i mentioned to him.

Paid in full for HVAC Dec 8 2025

Paid in full for HVAC Dec 8 2025. Work began Jan 6 and still not complete. No longer have a new unit I paid for but a repaired unit now. No communication from them after repeated request and opening a “case”. Never use this company. Hire a professional company.

The dozen roses was actually 10 roses

The dozen roses was actually 10 roses, two t
stems with no heads (no flowers) and one little broken off head. Within a few hours one of the roses began to lose leaves (after trimming the stems and putting the flowers in the flower food on arrival. the food was fine but the roses are the show piece and should have been perfect
