I booked a room through this company

I booked a room through this company. When we arrived at the room, it was nothing like the pictures. It was nasty. There were people hanging all outside the rooms. They sent my sister & I to a room that was down a long dark hallway where the rooms were inside. There was people hanging around. It looked like a drug motel. We never got out the car. When we asked for a refund, they put us off. Then would never refund our money. Never called back, never returned our calls. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Most miserable week of my life

I have spent the most miserable week of my life at a prime stay 802 Newport Rd. Cardiff. There are 6 of us vacationing here in what was advertised as a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath apartment. Upon arrival, (12/10) we had difficulty getting in the front door due to a dumpster in front of the door and the broken glass on the stoop which is still there a week later. The apartment was only 3 bedrooms an 2 baths, not 4 bedroom with 2 1/2 baths. There is no hot water anywhere except in one of the showers. The second shower didn't work at all! We complained every day and had no results. There were not enough dishes or glasses for 6 people. We had to get warm water from the only working shower to wash dishes. Do not under any circumstance rent from these people!

I recently used Primastay for a trip in Las Vegas. When I went on the website to book a hotel room their website did not confirm my hotel booking so I had to use another booking site to book my room for the night. 2 days later they charged my account for a hotel room I never knew I booked. I called and they said the confirmation email was sent and to check my emails. Well I never found it. I told my bank and they tried to dispute it. I lost because some how they sent a confirmation email I never got. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Professional and reliable agency

I am renting an apartment through Prime Stay. The communication is great and easy, they follow up your requests closely. It's always very clear and they make themselves available rapidly to allow you to visit several apartments. I recommend !!!!

No ready to be rented out and they don't want to give your deposit back

I would not recommend staying there.
We booked one of their apartment at Downtown Dubai. Forte 1. Unfortunately my whole review wasn't posted in booking.com so to make sure no one else will go through the same experience I am posting it here.

After booking, they told us that on arrival, they needed a security deposit of 2000 AED on top of the accommodation fees. This is even though we already paid an extra £100 on booking.com for a professional cleaner to come after we left. They would only take the deposit in cash, and said it would be refunded when we leave. Alarm bells were already ringing. I should have cancelled as soon as I heard this, but we carried on.

They didn’t activate the key for the front entrance of the apartment block until day four, and this was only after having to contact several people during our holiday. Concierges had to let us in the building each time, and wouldn’t do so without seeing our passports. One half of the cooker wasn’t working and there were a few other electrical problems; it was a real hassle getting anyone to come and fix them. We had 4 or 5 different people come during our 8-day stay to fix various things, and we had to be in the apartment each time, which really took away a lot of our leisure time. The apartment block wasn't really ready for people to inhabit; despite being on the 7th floor, we were woken every day by building contractors working below us. One day, they shut off the water early in the morning without any notice; we had to leave for the day without having use of the shower or toilet at all.

They said the deposit would be returned to us by bank transfer (cash only works one way, apparently!) after 3-5 days. 10 days later, still waiting for the deposit, I contacted them, and was passed to yet another person. They sent photographs claiming that we had damaged the apartment - marks on walls, carpet stains, bedsheet etc. All of these problems existed before we arrived, I sent them some photographs and we had paid for a cleaner. They showed no intention to return the deposit because of these. We showed them evidence that many of these existed before, from videos we took of the apartment, but of course we didn’t take photographs/videos of every square inch of the place on arrival, so they just cherry-picked things we didn’t have firm evidence for.

It was only after we threatened to refer them to the police (there is a dedicated service in the Dubai Police force for dealing with tourism-related fraud), 16 days after we left Dubai, they agreed to refund the money. 2000 AED was around £500 when we paid them that cash. We only received back £381 - they claimed this was the best exchange they could get. I believe when they took that deposit, they had no intention of ever returning it. It was only with the threat of police action that we got any of it back.

This is a good location for the downtown area, and the initial price - without the deposit - was very reasonable. But these people are scammers, and I wish we had spent more money to stay with a more reputable host. It wasn’t worth the hassle, firstly missing out on holiday activities to get the problems in the apartment fixed then, upon return, having to chase the money they stole. This was the worst accommodation service experience I’ve ever had while travelling.

It was the worst service in my life provided by PrimeStay

Dear potential tenants, please, be aware about my negative experience with Prime Stay company. Location: Dubai Media City, Concord Tower, Office # 1403/4, Dubai, UAE.
They have completely broken my vacations in Dubai. I have rented an apartment in Bluuewaters island. It was apartment 202, building 3. They haven`t provided necessary living conditions. A bathroom was fixing twice during my staying, and I haven’t had any possibility taking a shower. Some furniture was so bad quality that the top of a kitchen`s table was broken itself and fell right on my knees when I had a breakfast. I was getting an answer to my texts from a staff of Prime Stay company after 6, 8, 24 hours. Unfortunately, when I met Prime Stay company I got the most disappointing experience in my life. I am sure, that such company are broking an image of Dubai how tourist friendly place. I hope that sharing will help anybody to protect them against bad service on holiday. “Praemonitus, praemunitus” (lat.)

Slava,
After repeatedly trying to get you to come to your senses with no luck and also not being able to work with Trustpilot content integrity team, who are clearly useless, I decided to take a different approach and openly express my frustration:
LIsten, dumb*ss, you did not stay with PrimeStay.co.uk. since you stayed in Dubai, although after our correspondence I can fully believe that your brain did not register this. I don't want you to remove your review any more, I'd rather this stay on for any one visiting our profile to see what an idi*t you are.
Thanks.

I stayed in Cosy home bolton by prime stay with family for 3 weeks. The house is very good and everything you need at home is available. We fell in love with the place.
I have experienced the best support services. The staff (Mr Tamas) is very friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a request I have received a prompt response with quick solution.
It is highly recommended to stay at this property
