Unresponsive support team
I'd give 0 stars if I can because they make visitors believe that they respond fast by showing chat services and all on the website but when you face any trouble they will ask you to contact via whatsapp on some number and then you'd see no responses at all. Will stall you for few days and then will stop responding. I have been trying to reach their team via whatsapp and since december 31st 2021, I have sent multiple messages. They see but do not respond. I agree that there are multiple cases where you will see a phenomenal service but these are the cases when you do not require any help from their team so if you're buying something anyway, be prepared to lose your money because if there is any issue, these guys are not going to fix it for you.
