I have compliments and suggestions as I just received my books and the cover is fabulous and the product looks very professional. I had trouble with communication with my hearing issue and the thick accent of my agent. I misunderstood many of the things I was told. I was asked to pay an additional $150 for formatting and editing just before the printing. I expected there to be better editing as there are still errors that I thought should have been caught. If there had been better communication I would give 5 stars. I thought she had said the $150 would also include being placed with Amazon. I have not gotten a good answer about that as our talks were full of mis understandings on both sides.

The formatting is high class. IngramSpark and Lulu both are done and just Amazon left from their side and full assurance I have it will be done in the first take what a good work just smooth and simple process.

Printing has been done and now I can surely thank and compliment them. The contract they gave me was fully abide by them. Each and every delivery was according to the timing mentioned and error free formatting was in it. Plus they also shared the receipts and everything making sure the transaction commission everything remains transparent. I am happy and sincerely thankful to the agency and their partners.
