This a scam.

This a scam.
I made a purchase before Christmas and have yet to receive the cash.
They blame the merchant and ask for the transaction #. Don't they have it?
Another way to keep the money for themselves.

Good experience

My company makes lots of purchases from…

My company makes lots of purchases from retail sites. i decided to use Price.com to get cashback on those purchases.

I should have used a different Cashback app. I saved up over $1500 inside this app over the course of 9 months. Then all of a sudden they locked me out of my account.

They told me that my account was violating terms and that my money would not be distributed. 6 months after a lot of back and forth communication and VERY SLOW replies from them i got $400 of my money.

They claim the rest of the money was never actually earned.

Not to mention they have the WORST deposit system. You have jump through hoops to get your money out.

Please save yourself the headache by using another cashback provider

Not reliable... jury is still out on them

Scummy and not reliable. I've never had a problem with other cashback sites, but first time I try price.com and end up getting denied even though I clicked the link, went through to purchase the product, etc.

Edit 1: Bumping the rating up from 1 to 2. I've had some better experience with Price.com recently where it did count some of my purchases. The previous purchase, i basically gave up on. Now I'm just waiting to for my funds to be approved for this recent purchase. Will edit again if I receive the money plus bonuses as advertised.

I have yet to be paid a single cent

I have yet to be paid a single cent for my purchases through price.com. The first transaction didn't show up at all. The second showed up, but price.com claims the merchant never reported it. These guys are just getting rich off shopper commissions and not paying me, the actual shopper, anything. Avoid these con artists and shop via one of the established portals that actually pays what they owe.

* Edit: Ignore price.com's bogus response. I reached out to them multiple times before posting this review and they just kept blaming the merchant's. I have had no problems with any transactions from either merchant on 3 other cashback sites. Price.com is a sham.

The only option to get $ back is to…

The only option to get $ back is to have an US phone number. Price.com used to issue gift card as an option for redemption, not anymore. I don't even know how to cash in my cashback since I don't have an US phone number and my paypal account is not US based either. I don't think it is reasonable to demand people to give away their phone number in order to even get the cashback.

Update:
Now I tried to redeem my cashback into giftcards but then the site failed to load.

Made lots of purchases that are recorded on their site, but have yet to see a dime. They offer 30% on Temu but they actually pay 0%. As far as I'm concerned, they are nothing but a scam. Don't waste your time.

Absolute trash

Absolute trash. Follow their instructions to a T. Clear data/cache, don't use apps, even restart on a phone or computer, only trip taken, can never "automatically" detect it.

Cashback is in the a same exact place it was in 2020 it's a joke and I"m done with all the scam sites even rakuten. I'd rather not waste hours on recovering 15-30 dollars on a week hotel stay.

I had an accumulated balance of $4401 in my account. I sent an e-mail 4 times in a week and received no response. I can't log in to my account and they won't tell me why. I think they transferred the money to themselves because it was a large amount. I still have hope for a solution.

The cashback balance in your account was due to hundreds of free trials set up under your account. This initially led to cashback being added to your account in a pending status. Because the trials did not lead to purchases, the merchant canceled the cash back and marked this activity as potentially problematic.
