Not going to lie, I was very reluctant to put down this much money after being burned by other companies promising 1:1 clones. Well let me tell you that the money I spent on this watch from Prestige was an investment. First and foremost the watch was packaged with extreme care. Every surface was covered with protective film, and the box was over padded for extra protection. My father had several Rolexes back in the day and each piece had a certain substance about them that shouted quality. These watches share that same quality. The finish, the luminescence, the movement is pure artwork. If you are on the fence about making this level of commitment to a Mona Lisa level clone, you’ve found the right place. So I've raved about the quality of the watch, now let me talk about the ordering process and customer care; they were perfect in every regard. I couldn't imagine a smoother transaction if I tried. My order was submitted and shortly received a notification that my order was beeing put together. After another quality assurance message, I received about 20 images and 3 videos of my watch after production. These guys mean business and they go way above and beyond to earn your business. A++++

Delivery - 5 stars again because I placed the order on a Friday, on Monday morning I see my watch and get a FedEx tracking number (you check it ever day due to excitement) and you see it stop at various places and for me on the 8th day it was in Edinburgh!

Once we got through the hurdle of the type of payment vehicle, everything went as smooth as possible and quick. Customer service was on top of their game, and the communication between the factory and myself was really good. They asked for my wrist size to build the watch, and after that, they sent me pictures and video with weight and dimensions of the watch prior to shipment. I received the watch within the week.
