PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! Do not purchase anything from this fraudulent company. I tried to cancel a Prince 2 practitioner download and was deceptively charged both the download fee and an authorised monthly subscription. No confirmation details were sent. There is no telephone number to contact customer services and they are based in China/Hong Kong. Given the number of messages and similar fraudulent experiences listed here, I am reporting the matter to UK and European fraud department. This company must stop being allowed to operate in the West.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are not transparent and will take your money and leave you in the dark. I paid for the exam prep and then was asked to pay further payments to download the exe file so I can access the exam. Despite getting a discount for this I'm still not able to download my exam. Do not waste your money. I learnt the hard way and now they won't even refund the money.

Bad experience with these people....they provide very old outdated brain dumps and do not respond to messages when I contacted them. Not worthy of your time and money

Need to buy one more product to use their product, bad service bad user experience

honestly, outdated questions that don't reflect the actual exam questions..however i had a test and they had exactly the same questions with the dumps..and failed.. no mistakes done from my side, followed the answers provided by prepaway.. and failed the exam.. waste of money for the exam voucher.. Please avoid.

I paid 60$ for a PCNSE Dump, but they fooled me and did not send the password and also did not answering my e-mails until now

They fail to inform people of separate software needed to review the questions they are selling. They are scammers and will not refund when contacted.
DO NOT BUY THE MATERIAL THEY ARE SELLING. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

I bought a premium course for $59.99 thinking I will get everything i wanted.ITS ALL A LIE and they dont tell you about the ETE file which you have to pay for again. This company has been doing this for to long.....Someone has to stop it. Now i cant get my refund and im at this moment im writing next week friday and i cant even access the things that i Paid for.....

I should have known better, This is a SCAM site!! I payed $60 for the file, but you have to pay for a separate very expensive reader!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM PREPAWAY!! They get you in when you're desperate and effectively SCAM YOU out of your money.

Stay away! This is a major scam, you purchase their so called ETE file for 59.99 and they forget to mention that you also must have a the ETE player software which they own (they try to make it look like it is another company), the ETE player is extra 79.99 usd.

On top of that, they are just selling an outdated material from sites like ExamTopics which anyone can get for free.

There is a lot of negative reviews on here for prepaway and I wanted to provide my feedback. I appreciate that people may be sceptic from reading my feedback but here goes:

At the start I was put off with all these reviews on here but I knew someone who used this site and passed a exam but using their premium study content. As I was getting a lot of pressure from work to pass exams I took the bullet.

To get past my worries about credit card scams etc.. I used PayPal which is linked to my credit card. I purchased a exam premium bundle for about £32? using promo codes on the internet. Once I purchased this I did not get a email confirmation or anything! I was starting to get worried. I dropped them an email and within 24 hours they replied with my credentials. I can confirm you get a PDF crash course along with other contents but also a ETE file for exam simulation.

I looked into the exam simulation software and took the bullet and got the 3 month subscription. Again I didnt get a confirmation so sent them an email and they sent me the credentials to get the software.

(side note: I had a good look on the internet and there isn't a good FREE ETE or VCE software. You have to pay for it no matter what vendor you go for)

After studying for a exam using Udemy and prepaway I passed the exam with flying colours. I was shocked on how accurate the prepaway content is. I then purchased a further 3 exams and I can confirm that within 7 days I passed 3 exams with flying colours! (currently studying for the other exam)

Now I get yea you have to get a ETE simulator yea, i tried to torrent, searched for cracked versions but couldn't find any. Thought id try it and I can say Vumingo works fine for me. It goes through the correct and wrong answers for the exam and I studied why I was wrong and learn from it.

Now I have had a very good experience
- £32 (per premium bundle exam)
- £99 for 3 months of the ETE software
- £14 Udemy course
- £135.60 for the real exam fee
Total £280.60 to pass x1 well known vendor certification and then spend a further £365 on another 2 so £650 to pass 3 exams in 7 days? yea... that is value for money for me. If it is alot of money for you to spend on the ETE simulator then you can buy ETE to PDF converter online for £10? and study the PDF, but I prefer the exam simulator...what about you?

You never know until you actually try it yourself! You can read other comments on here and be put off that's fine, but you never know until you actually try it!

Bottom line is I use prepaway and udemy and can say that £650 to pass 3 exams from a well known vendor in 7 days is value for money for me! I learnt so much using Udemy and prepaway!

Another 100$ for software that opens the provided exam test .ETE files need to purchased. Did not see this mentioned in the initial purchase. Very bad practice.

Initially it asks 60$ for the test. Once you pay and download the file you need to pay another 100$ for the software which opens the file. Totally looting money from users.

After paying 60$, I decided not to spend anymore on this and decided to look for other providers. I later took 20$ online mock exams from skillcertpro which served my purpose and helped to get the certification.

You need to buy an expensive subscription to another product to open their files .ETE!!

Way more expensive than advertised!! They sell you the exam files in ete format for $59 and then you find out that only their other product can read the files which costs an additional $119 per quarter to use!!! Their free exam only reads the first 5 questions of the ete files. This is not a $59 purchase but a $200+ purchase.

Its Funny all the bad Reviews i have payed Vumingo once, and used to pass 4 exams and had no issues.Just to be precise i used free exams on Prepaway, studied and still managed to pass without failing once.My sugestion is, even though you are paying for the exams do your research on each answer just to be correct.
The price of Vumingo is expensive besides that, all good.
