My experience was positive as I was assisted to resolve a challenge I had with my son’s subject at uni and improved his pass mark by 10%
My experience was positive as I was paired with a tutor that was able to help me understand what I struggled with and to attain my goal of passing and improved it by 10%. I was really struggling with the subject matter but PreptoPerfection really helped through. “Student” I had a very pleasant and professional service from PreptoPerfection for my son. I like the responsive I received…
I like the responsive I received initially when setting up the tutor engagement and the quotation phase i.e. sales process. I would have appreciated a clearer transfer to tutor with appropriate experience, i.e. postgraduate, as initial matches were not appropriate. The tutors are eager, reaponsive and are really in it to try and help the students through their understanding of the modules.
