I also ordered over £100 worth of gloves and also paid £10 For a 24 hour tracked delivery with royal mail.
Tracking has not worked and gloves not yet received.
The order was placed on 22.3.21 and still has not arrived on the 26.3.21
I have emailed, but no reply.
I have also tried to call the phone number everyday, although no answer.
I would appreciate a reply regarding this. Either refunding all our money. Or to receive goods with the £10 Tracking refunded ???

Late delivery
I placed my order on Saturday 30th January using the £10 delivery option. It was imperative i got quick delivery as I was feeling very unwell and was due to attend jury duty. The court was loathe to excuse me without proof. The order didn't arrive until Thursday 4th February. I seek compensation for the difference in cost between the two postage charges. Perhaps you might consider sending me good quality face masks to the appropriate value (with you paying the postage of course)
