Took my money for a new pump for my jetwash then emailed me saying it had been dispatched ? Delivery date came and no pump arrived called them and they said sorry it was out of stock and we you called you to notify you? Which was a complete lie.
Would never use this company again

They took my order and money and sent me confirmation with a delivery slot. They updated to state that the product was despatched but I got suspicious when the delivery date came and went. When I hadn't heard anymore I read the Trustpilot reviews and decided to cancel my order. If it had been despatched surely it would have arrived from the courier? Not sure why they take the money knowing that they wont deliver. Requested a refund though ebay. Disgusting service

Order placed and acknowledged on 4 February. No further contact from this company nor a notification of a despatch date or tracking number some 8 days later. Annoying as they were not the cheapest option for the item.

No contact,didn't arrive then refunded money with no explanation.

Quality products great company to do business with

Ordered a chainsaw, showing in stock with next day dispatch. Chased them two days later after receiving no confirmation, to find that there was an error and it was out of stock. Didn't bother to notify me and I didn't have a chainsaw for when I needed it.

This company went out of there way to supply me with the product I asked for.
Sadly TNT damaged the first two that was sent.
Still 3rd time lucky.
So this company does require praise for there effort.
TNT are a totally rubbish company.

Please stay away from this company. Well, I’m not sure if it is the company’s fault. But where they get there compressors from and maybe other additional products from Hyundai. Had a compressor which worked fine for about 2 months. Then the issues started. It broke and I was told to send it back and it would be fixed. Long story short it got fixed after 3months of waiting... 3 weeks later, the electric part of it started smoking and it’s now broken again. Nobody wants to help to get my money back. Or get rid of this piece of rubbish clogging up my workshop. I’ve since had to buy another from a different company. Hopefully I will be looked after a little better by them. Trying to go down the legal route with this now as I may aswell put my £650 down the toilet.

Despite widespread advertising that oil is included there was none present.
I had to buy.
I told you not to send oil, but you did.
Also, it is impossible to use this machine to cut the open edges of the lawn.
My 6ft plus son could not even do so with this machine.
I am currently looking for a small hover mower to do edges.

I had a problem with the 1st delivered lawnmower when it was unboxed. This was resolved quickly and without fuss by sending a another lawnmower that did not have any problems when unboxed. Good customer service.

Excellent company, great customer service,had an issue with an order were a 5% reduction was not applied at checkout due to technical issues on the website.A simple email the next day and it was all sorted, refunded no problems!ok it was only 5% but most companies would have not given a damb.Would not hesitate to buy off them again, delivery was fast and free as well, it's a no brainer buy off them!! you won't regret it!by far the best internet online tool supplier I have ever used.Thanks to Divya for a speedy and professional service.

Got to say makes the job of cutting logs so easy with this powerful 62cc Hyundai engine and a 20” blade really pleased and also comes with carry bag tools and bar protector and also like to say delivery was spot on
