When operating under what was understood to be a "free" level of service (single screen, etc) we suddenly experienced a completely unexpected paywall of more than $60/mo

So disappointed with this. I invested a lot of time setting this up for a charity and learning how to use it only to be faced with a pay wall after 3 months. The website is very misleading. No response on live help or whatsapp. Avoid.

If you are a business owner relying on digital signage for your menus or promotions, do not trust this company.
​I used PosterBooking because of their advertised free plan. Recently, without any prior email notification or warning, they changed their pricing policy and instantly cut off service.
​Instead of a grace period or a professional notification, they displayed a bright red 'License Expired' graphic over my digital menus in the middle of peak business hours. I was effectively held hostage and forced to scramble to fix my displays while customers were in the store.
​It is acceptable for a company to change their pricing model; it is unacceptable to vandalize a client's screens during operating hours without notice. This demonstrated a complete lack of regard for my business operations. I have since switched to a more professional provider. Proceed with caution.

We bought Amazon Signage Sticks and we utilised the free unlimited screens offer which PosterBooking give when you purchase the Amazon Signage Sticks.

The dashboard is very easy to use, and having moved from a competitor, set up was much quicker with PosterBooking. The Business Pro plan is very valuable for us as we plan to add more screens, and the price per screen when we add more makes so much sense to stick with PosterBooking.

The customer service is very good too. I highly recommend them.

Posterbooking very clearly offer a free tier on their Web site. It is described as $0 per month for up to 10 signs. When my sign stopped working after 30 days Jade (who coincidentally is the name on the single Google play reviewer who left 5 stars for their Android app) informed me "We do not offer a free plan, just a free trial for new users". This is completely at odds with their Web site and the information in their sign up process. It's a pity, their product is quite good, but their sales is classic bait-and-switch. If this is how they operate at the beginning, heaven help you if you have a issue later on. Continue your search elsewere.

They advertise on their website (as of today 7/13/25) a free (no trial) plan for 10 screens or less with a watermark. I chose this plan 3 months ago and now have been locked out of the entire account unless I upgrade. I checked their site again to see if I was misunderstanding and in multiple places on their site it still advertises for a FREE FOREVER plan. When you question it on their "live" chat, they say no, it's a 3 month trial. Their "live" chat btw isn't live and when you ask for a live agent they say one will connect in a few minutes, they never do. I waited over 2 hours.
I have screenshots of their FREE plan yet they deny it. Total waste of my time. I only needed 2 screens for a small purpose and now I am back to square one. Stay AWAY from them.

It's not actually free for 10 screens as stated. It's free for 3 months, then you have to upgrade to a subscription or lose all your content. The reviews are misleading as some say they have been using for free for longer, this is not the case.

As per many others have stated the free plan is only for free months. No mention of this on the website. Scam company. Try Yodeck if you have one screen that works fine.

I was blown away by how easy it is to turn my TV into a fun dynamic display using my Amazon Firestick. The remote was so easy to use and loved the fact that I got 10 screenplays free. I am able to upload my playlist and scheduling options make it easy to keep my restaurant content fresh and engaging.

This says 10 free screens and then pay for additional. I set up 4 a few months later i get a message i must update my license has expired. I log on and it telling me i must sign up for a plan 1) 49 a month 2) 490 a month 3) 690 a month. I send them a message and they are now saying: The free 10 screens lasts for the the first 3 months after that you will need to choose a plan to continue the service. This is a BAIT AND SWITCH. Which is illegal in America. Except when signing up it takes you to a .co.uk webpage so now im assuming this is how they get away with it.

Setting up was super easy! The business pro package is really cost effective for us, for less than $500 per month we can have over a hundred screens, which was costing us alot more when we were using YoDeck (we were paying over $1200 per month).

PosterBooking's support team gave us a personalized demo call to teach us how to use the web software. It's so much more simple and quicker to set up!

They also shared helpful links and contact details for any questions later on, compared to YoDeck's support which was painfully slow.

We have been using PosterBooking digital signage software across 13 convenience stores, and it is really quick and easy to set up. It took us less than 5 minutes to set up each screen on android devices, and PosterBooking allows us to remotely manage them all from one location.

It is easily one of the best digital signage platforms we have used, and best value for money.

My free account all of the sudden shut down without warning. A notice that they were ending free services would have been nice. We found out by a red screen showing up to our customers saying to contact admin. Then I get on the site to check and ask I can get to is a screen wanting à credit card number.

The system is really simple and easy to use. I'm not too good with computers but I managed to get my signage screens live within minutes. Thank you.

Posterbooking.com advertise themselves as I contacted support, they advised all free accounts are subject to a 3 month free trial and you now have to pay.

The terms and conditions you sign up to at https://posterbooking[dot]co[dot]uk/register do not stipulate a free trial period.

This could have been easily resolved by either informing all free accounts of the terms and conditions change or by continuing to honour the free accounts however; their support are insistent their terms and conditions that were agreed to stipulate a 3 month trial period. Seriously - check them out for yourself - they do not!

It's a scam. They still advertise the free plan in various places (even on this review site "Free Digital Signage Software by PosterBooking") and now I have lost access to my media, screens as cannot do anything until I pay!!

It is not possible to cancel your subscription. I have tried to contact support over the last few weeks, but no response so far. I had to contact my bank so they could cancel my Visa card so i dont get charged anymore.

It's a scam, they alter contact ageements and request payments that are not in the agreement
