I have placed an order and contacted them twice through their email as i have not received any tracking details. As yet I have not received any replies and the first email was sent over 2 weeks ago!

They don’t reply to emails or phone calls. They haven’t shipped my order. Not happy don’t buy here terrible customer service and possibly scammers.

I bought a product and I realized it was very expensive.
Five miutes after I canceled the order, and the result was ORDER CANCELED SUCCESSFULLY.
But the following day the order appears again and now the client service says it can not be canceled.

I placed an order and as I entered my VISA info I was hacked. A charge for the same amount showed from a company I wasn't dealing with on my VISA account. The activity was blocked by VISA. This is not a safe company to deal with.

EDIT: I contacted the company in August and supplied them with all the requested information and haven't heard back. I contacted them again in September to see what had been done to secure their site and received no reasonable response.

There is no way to contact your company with any order or payment issues!!! There was no place to enter my 50% promo code so I was charged regular price!! AND, when trying to send them my feedback for help, their captcha ALWAYS told me it was not right!! These guys are scammers in the highest regard!!

I have been ordering from this company for 5 years and have never been disappointed. I will continue to order clothes for my 3 grandchildren. Good quality clothing for kids. I do have one problem, toooooooo many emails and pop ups on my computer. Please discontinue any emails as I do not go on my computer every day. If you cannot remove the emails - remove my email from your list. Thank you I will continue to order from you. My grand kids love everything I buy from here.

Really disappointed in this company. I ordered 6 items, received 1 item. Multiple attempts made to contact them to resolve but just blanked.
Cannot even get refund from PayPal as they have evidence they posted something.
Absolute scam shop.

Bed quality. Money waste. No buy anymore.

I was put off by some of the reviews and a warning from my daughter about scam websites. I didn't really expect anything to turn up. To my absolute delight the items I ordered arrived within a week and were as described. Quality is OK for the price. I would definitely use this website again. BTW I don't normally leave reviews but wanted to reassure others about this genuine website.

Please read the reviews! Broken English and incoherently written! Highly doubtful that they are actual reviews from real customers!

I took the chance and ordered despite the negative comments, fortunately there were more good reviews. I am delighted with the service and they have arrived within two weeks to the UK. Quality of the T-shirts is so much better than the UK. I will definitely be ordering again.

I have bought a few items from here and they arrived on time and quality was good.
The only big problem is there return policy/ exchange which is not straight forward. I emailed them that some of the outfit didn't fit. They asked for the order number which I gave and they never got back to me till now this happened around Christmas. I have cleared out and gave the clothes to charity. Now when I see their advert from them I delete because they failed me.

After I made the purchase for my granddaughter on impulse, I started reading reviews and got nervous, wondering if this site was legit. My order took a month to arrive but it did arrive today and so far I'm very excited to show them to my daughter and granddaughter. I would not recommend this site if you have a deadline to receive your items such as birthday or special occasion. But if you can wait a couple of weeks, I would highly recommend it. Again, they just arrived today so obviously they have not been worn or washed so I cannot vouch for the durability or how well they are able to withstand a little wear and washing, but they look like very good quality. I will definitely be back but I will also be prepared to wait

This will be my second review on here UGH, I have followed advice that I've seen others given and I have still heard nothing??? Not only did I pay good money for the goods...I also paid £14 delivery costs, some feed back would be better than hearing nothing at all (don't you think) the items that I ordered are for my granddaughter she would have loved them, can I have a response, I'm sure there are measures I can take and will.
