I was nervous about buying sneakers online, but Poizon's authentication process gave me peace of mind. The shoes arrived with the blue tag and the certificate of authenticity. Everything was 100% legit. It takes a bit longer to ship because of the checks, but it's worth the wait

Absolutely faultless, got scammed for a pair of Jordan 4’s & these guys authenticated them for me & I managed to proceed through the clai & get my money back! Got back to me within 15 mins with a certificate very professional. Very good! :)

The item I received is not original, it’s clearly a fake. The quality and details don’t match the authentic product

Also, don’t waste money on express delivery. I paid extra for it, but the order still arrived with the same timing as standard shipping. No difference at all just lost money

Listen guys avoid this company, bought a t-shirt from someone and I wasn’t sure if is legit, used this app and came back as not authentic, looked a bit weird to me but then it came to my mind to test them with a t-shirt bought from Flannels. Have a guess! Came back as not authentic as well and last time I checked Flannels is an authorised seller.

Terrible terrible terrible. This company checks fakes when they are Fake themselves. I bought a balenciaga hoody from Selfridges fully certilogo and qr code came back authentic.

Tried poizon and guess what ? Came back not authentic and fake. This company cannot be trusted and is causing buyers and sellers a lot of problems thinking the items they have are fake. Avoid like the plague.

I put a balaclava in for an authenticity check and they said it was fake. I actually bought the balaclava from the Supreme website itself😂. Really awful. I do not recommend it under any circumstances! It turns genuine things into fakes and fake things into genuine ones. Either it's their fault that they don't have experienced authenticators or it's just inappropriate. I personally recommend 1000% in stockX. There you can both sell properly and buy properly. That's what I wanted to say. Good luck.

Poizion is completely unreliable as a legit-checking app. I have submitted multiple pairs of shoes, and the results have been wrong every single time.
I intentionally submitted four pairs that I knew were replicas, some of which were extremely obvious, and several of them passed as authentic. On the other hand, I submitted shoes today that were 100% authentic, and the app labeled them as fake. That alone shows how inaccurate their process is.If an authentication service cannot correctly identify obvious replicas and then flags real shoes as fake, it defeats the entire purpose of the app. This makes their authenticators and results impossible to trust.I would strongly advise against using Poizion for legit checks. Incorrect results can cost people real money and create unnecessary problems. There are far better and more reliable options available.

These people are useless the online check is hopeless, a lot expensive and rare sneakers, the insole is heavily glues most Travis Scotts insole are glued! These fools want 4 pictures side view midsole stitching view insole view and back of insole view. They reckon they can tell a fake or genuine shoe through this method, absolute nonsense! I sent pictures of my genuine shoes and they failed them…. These guys couldn’t tell an apple from a pear!!! StockX have bought a machine that looks 3D xray deep into the shoe and they still don’t know the difference from real or fake!! They said fail on appearance, photo taken under electric lights!!! Waste of time

I ordered Celine TRIOMPHE 01 sunglasses on Poizon (order no. 110182266153014949) and received them with a broken temple, completely unwearable.
Poizon customer service admitted that a 50 CNY coupon is insignificant compared to the price (1,739 CNY), but still refused to provide any monetary refund or a replacement without me shipping the glasses back from Russia to China, which is practically impossible and more expensive than the item itself.
I contacted CELINE Client Service in Asia and they officially confirmed that Poizon is not an authorized sales channel of Celine and that they cannot verify the authenticity or quality of products sold on this platform. At the same time, Poizon claims my order was sent by an “authorized merchant of the brand” and refuses to help.
This is already my second experience receiving defective glasses bought through Poizon. I am extremely disappointed with the quality control and customer service and would not recommend using this platform for expensive branded items.

If i can i will vote 0 star. I buy the shoes from 95 app (Poizon Used app) And after a long time, I checked again through Poizon and got the result not passed. They even refused to accept the product they sold. Did they check correctly or not? Or did they sell me fake? Before that I saw them pass fake shoes through Poizon app and they did not pass genuine shoes. What a trash app.

The app was well laid out and easy to use. I was informed and up to date on the entire process of my order. I was also informed about damage to the shoe box and minor blemishes on the shoes. The findings required my response before my order could be processed. I had peace of mind knowing how Poizon paid extra close attention to details. And I got my order earlier than expected! Thank you! I will be ordering from Poizon again!

Shopping website is basically considered useless due to the suspension of shipping on orders that are being shipped to the US so it’s technically not worth it anymore unless you live in another country. Try StockX.
