Article in stock - one month delivery

The order was placed easily. However, the delivery took one full month, while the item was referred as "in stock". Phone calls never got answered. Instead, a chatbot answers that someone will call back, which doesn't happen.

A delivery delay of one month while the product was shown as “in stock” is clearly not the experience we want to provide. On top of that, not being able to reach us properly by phone and not receiving a promised callback understandably made the situation even more disappointing.
