CSR and Tech are all irresponsible.

Your technicians came to my place here at sta.barbara pangasinan checked wires and accidentally busted my network and left without even fixing it. Then I called at 1:36pm mnl time and your CSR put me on mute for an hour. Bullshit tech and service. What's wrong with you people? Your agents suck as hell, you don't desere even a star

Downtime month after month since…

Downtime month after month since December 25 to today’s date March 11. Outage will be resolved for a week then I will see red LOS again. I used messenger to report this but I got no where. I keep on calling 171 , got disconnected by Jess and many other agents. I’m currently using my SMART plan and connected to my neighbor’s Converge Fibr as my back up plan.

PLDT unproffesional

We reside in Odiogan and were previously connected to PLDT. However, we have since relocated to Alcantara. During this time, I contacted PLDT via phone and visited their office near us. I was informed that they were unable to transfer our connection to Alcantara as their cable network was not yet available in the area. I also reached out to PLDT customer care and explained the situation, but they were unable to assist me due to the unavailability of their network in our new location. They requested some personal information from me and asked for my ID. I provided the information and was told that I would receive an update within 48 hours. However, four days have passed, and I have not heard back from them. I contacted them again and was asked for another ID as their system did not accept the first one. I responded by stating that they have no right to ask for another ID, let alone a copy of my ID, as it is illegal to do so. The proper procedure for verifying my identity would be for me to fill out an application and for the desk to confirm my details. They do not have the authority to make a copy or take a photo of my ID. As PLDT does not have availability in our new location, I have the right to terminate my contract without incurring any costs, as this is a problem on their end. Therefore, I refuse to pay for the months that they have charged me, any additional fees, or any other charges.

A TOTAL GARBAGE

Man, I’m seriously fed up! We’ve been hit with all these service interruptions lately, and sometimes it’s so slow it feels like we're on dial-up! Remember when Typhoon Odette wrecked everything? We were left with zero service for nearly a month! I didn’t pay that bill because what’s the point if I can’t even use it? But, of course, they wouldn’t turn it back on unless I coughed up the cash, so I had to pay it up. I figured I’d just ask for a refund later.

But NOTHING! They don’t even care if you’ve used the service or not. It’s so obvious it got cut off because of the typhoon, but they just ignore it! Reporting issues? Total joke—they act like you’re talking to a wall.

So here’s my advice: if you’re looking for an internet provider, stay far away from PLDT. They’re the worst! They don’t give a damn about their customers; they just want your money. Do yourself a favor and find a provider that actually values you. You deserve way better than this nonsense!

WORST ISP I HAVE ENCOUNTERED

WORST ISP I HAVE ENCOUNTERED. IF ONLY WE HAVE A CHOICE IN OUR AREA, I WOULD NEVER GO WITH THEM. 3 OUTAGES IN 2 WEEKS. FIRST ONE TOOK THEM 6 DAYS TO REPAIR. I WOULD GIVE YOU -1 IF THIS REVIEW ALLOWS IT!

Worst ISP provider in the Philippines

Worst ISP in the Philippines, i have complaints about internet connection for more than 13 days from MAY 6 to MAY 17, we are without internet, and the slow response of their team in repairing a line is worst; they have subcontractors that will troubleshoot the fiber line but cannot resolve the main problem, especially those from pldt troubleshooter team; those Customer service in twitter is very unpleasant and does not use positive scripting in their chat. They countered by offering me a 75% discount off my bill, but I chose to stop using their subscription services. If you ever find yourself in the Philippines, avoid subscribing to PLDT since while they are quick to mail your internet bill, they are not as quick to fix internet outages. Starlink is preferable because they provide a dependable internet connection.
