Order not received, poor customer service

I had not received my order, so contacted customer service online; they sent a delivery invoice to show delivery, but it was to the wrong name and address!! Customer service had not even bothered to look at my online account to see my address! Very poor not helpful service. Very stupid mistake. I await reimbursement. They no longer have my trust.

I used to like them

I have used them many times and never complained but lately their services went very low. They tell you you can receive your order in 24-48 hours. In fact it was 9 days! They only sent it 8 days after I made the order! I order some basic groceries from them so it really matters when I get them.
After complaining several times they gave me a voucher for 2.9 eur (that's a joke) and I need to spend 30 EUR in their shop to be able to apply this voucher (even a bigger joke).

Deliveries arrive late or never - customer service polite but ineffective

I have used Planeta Huerto many times over the years... the products are fine, and customer service is usually attentive - BUT the delivery times are often delayed and customer service is ineffective in handling this. My last order was placed a week before christmas, and never arrived. I followed it up many times both through the delivery service and Planeta Huerto. Customer service repeatedly told me they had contacted the delivery company, but it wasn't until I phoned after waiting for three weeks (christmas, new years and reyes had passed) that they admitted it was unlikely I would ever receive the delivery. They need to be more proactive and efficient in chasing deliveries and offering reimbursement. No compensation was offered after my delivery was cancelled. SIGO ESPERANDO EL REEMBOLSO y ahora nadie contesta al telefono.

Cuando un pedido sale de nuestro almacén y hay un problema con la empresa de transporte no resulta fácil solucionarlo con rapidez porque dependemos de las respuestas y soluciones que nos den desde las empresas de transporte. Y el periodo de Navidad suele ser también complicado para los repartos. Pedirte disculpas y esperamos poder mejorar nuestro servicio de entrega.

I have supported this company for…

I have supported this company for several years with small orders for seeds.
I recently got an offer "repeat your last order and get €5 discount"...press the button below to re-order.
So I repeated the order...but got no discount. I complained and paste their reply...

​"The discount can be applied as long as the amount exceeds €20

Your last order was €22, if the €5 is discounted, it is less and we do not make smaller shipments due to the carbon footprint."

ha ha ha ha ha ...a good scam...I take my hat off!

Don't buy here.

Good promotions, but NO service.

My first order (and now I'm sure, last order in Planeta Huerto) wasn't delivered. Support center only asked for patience and not informing about any precise terms of consideration my topic.
They didn't deliver my order at all.

Return my money back, and then take your time and continue investigating with your delivery company! It should be your problem, not my. I don't plan to gift you 34 EUR (order 002965778 from 15.08.2022)

Nuestro compañero Diego lo está gestionando. La empresa de transporte ha confirmado que la entrega está hecha, por lo que en estos casos reclamamos el albarán de entrega y es lo que estamos esperando para ver quién ha firmado a la hora de recibirlo. Una vez tengamos ese dato contactamos contigo para hacer nuevo envío o abono del pedido, pero tal y como te comentó el compañero requiere un tiempo mínimo de verificación si la empresa de transporte confirma la entrega al cliente.

They send spam and they won't let you unsubscribe from it.

They give you a "discount" to seduce you to spend. 4% "cashback", sounds great! Ah, up to 5€. Ah, and it expires soon. Ah, and only if you spend at least 30€ more. Ah, and we're going to be bothering you with spam about the euro or two of credit we put in your account without you asking for it so that we can claim to be sending out service messages when it's clearly a commercial message aimed at getting you to purchase.

I really dislike companies that operate on the edge of legality like that just to make another euro.

I asked them not to contact me anymore and it only took a few hours for the next unsolicited email message to arrive.

Unrespectful and super commercial.

Edit in response to the reply: why is my account relevant? If you're so sorry about my experience: this is not a problem that has anything to do with me. Do you think I want to invest any more time in this? I'll just stop ordering with you guys and the problem is solved for me!

If you really care about this, the problem is yours and you don't need me contacting customer service in order to address it.

Not professionals at all

They WERE a great website! WERE! Now, they never send packages on the due date! NEVER! I order a bunch of things that, when buying them, the info on the site was "ready to ship in 2 oe 3 days. Then, after payment, I got the email saying, wil be sent in 7 to 10 days. Now! 9 days after, I get another email, saying it will probably will take 3 more days. It was still not shipped!!! Choose another website, they deserve to loose costumers to learn to be more professional and respectful. Do not advise to buy there.

They are OK (haven't found a better one so far 😁)

I have ordered from them for years, the delivery company was a totally low IQ incompetent nightmare in the beginning but after my complaints- they changed that to another one (which still struggles to find my home, even with GPS or perhaps they don't use it, lmfao🤔). But generally the customer service is fast to reply and helpful. The delivery to my home (A Coruña) takes a little long but I have no hurry.😅 But still the delivery dates might be spot on ONLY if you live in their zone.
Wide range of eco-friendly and vegan products, nice boxes they use, too and if you get lucky- very rarely, there is a microscopically tiny free sample of some pointless baby ass cream stuck on your parcel, so you can rejoice for your "free gift"!🤣
I do like their "Green" policy, though, if they really stand by it (we would never know, if someone talks the talk but also then walks the walk).
So generally I like Planeta Huerta, even though they make quite many errors (but are we so perfect ourselves?🙄) and let's not forget that most of all- they are a big company who's first priority is to SELL, sell again and make profit...
But most of the world should adapt being eco-friendly and sell only organic and vegan.🌱💚 I mean, by the year 2050 70% of Spain will be waterless desert. Why?🤔 You eat meat, don't recycle, waist water, use toxins, your life choices are purely driven by your Ego and you don't give a damn about our ONLY home- Planet Earth?
What can I say: do your research and change your lifestyle (but it might be too late for the Earth, anyway... As humans are just one greedy, ignorant and selfish race.😔)!!!

ordered an item several weeks ago never got it

ordered an item several weeks ago. the website said it would be delivered within 72 hours. I never received it . I have contacted their support many times and a person called Marlene has eventually responded. She says she will look into it but I never hear from her until I send her another mail a few days later when she again says she will look into it. Even if she contacts the delvery company and they tell her they do not know where it is she could tell me that. If the item is somehow lost I should be resent another one. There is a word for when you take money from someone and do not supply the item. The item is bulky and cost about 200 euros so should not be too easy to lose.

Si hay alguna pérdida de pedido por parte de la empresa de transporte son necesarios unos días para que se pueda localizar el paquete. Si esto no se hace en el plazo de unos días procedemos a nuevo envío o reembolso, por lo que en ese caso puedes gestionarlo con Marlene directamente.

I agree with the good and the bad here

I agree with the good and the bad here. I love the concept, the commitment to the environment, the products, everything...but where they seriously fall down is the delivery company they use...a disaster. Never arrive on time, have left my order in the sun in blistering heat, I could go on and on...very frustrating.

do not buy from planeta huerto, they sell broken products and neither collect the bad goods nor return the money. More than 2 weeks have passed and i still have not received proper customer support. Shop elsewhere!

Unbelievable logistics

Unbelievable customer service. They use some kind of extremely unreliable transport service (enviala) which is capable of somehow breaking the same order 3 times. When you contact them, they basically say "so sorry". And thats it. They are nice people that are unable to manage their business the way they should. If a problem occurs again and again (with the last 5 orders we made, the parcels either arrived extremely late (1 month or more) or not at all) then a sensible company would make some kind of adjustment, either within the packaging department or the logistics. Neither has been done. I am actually not happy to have to write this review, because they can be really nice (usually they replace broken items without making much a fuss), but maybe they just need more pressure (through a review like this one) to finally get going and improve their service...

Great Online Plant Seller

I have used their website several times to buy live plants and so far the plants arrived in perfect condition and they have adapted very well to the spot where I planted them.
I have also bought products for natural cleaning and they were affordable and good quality. The website is beautiful and simple to use and I also had to contact their support to check on the status of a delivery and the customer service was immensely helpful.
