Misleading Charges & No Refunds – Avoid This Scam

I purchased a product for $4.50 as advertised but without clear disclosure, $21.95 was charged instead. The checkout process did not show the total amount before payment, making it seem like I had no choice but to buy the full bundle. Additionally, I was unknowingly enrolled in an “Exclusive Access VIP” charge.

When I contacted support for a refund, they refused, claiming digital products are non-refundable—even though I was misled into paying more than I agreed to.

This is a totally deceptive and an unethical practice.

Same as everyone else..SCAM

Same as everyone else... I order a Bible as advertised for a "special rate" of $4.90. I received a digital download. I complained because it does not say ANYWHERE on the page that it is a digital copy. The service rep says it does say that, but could not show me where despite my asking several times. Then two days later I was billed $42.95 for the VIP membership that they automatically enroll you in for making a purchase. Currently working to dispute it with my bank as well.

I would give a zero if I could

I would give a zero if I could. Just like many on here I had to call my bank and report fraud. If you try to buy their somatic workbook because your likely a victim of trauma, this horrible company entraps you even if you turn down their bundle. I approved a $4.90 charge for a book that turned out to be a download and got conned into $26.85. Oddly enough I would have probably not fought this because I knew I had been taken for a fool and felt ashamed. It was the second charge of $42.95 that made me report fraud. I'm still working it out with my bank, but these people are not in the business of helping. They are crooks preying on the hurting. They are awful people, and the girl that does the commercial can get bent too for knowing this.

I ordered a product that I thought was going to be mailed(as the picture on the website looks like flashcards). Turns out it's digital. Does me no good for a digital product. Will be calling customer service tomorrow. Don't buy from them. Misleading big time!!!

I ordered a $5 workbook and was charged an additional $19.99 for something I never checked nor ordered I immediately called customer service and refunded. Great I thought until days later they tried to take $42 out my account which was blocked and my card suspended, I emailed the company and I'm told it's for a VIP membership, I said I never signed up for any membership. She said we'll I closed it and you're all good now. 5 minutes ago I get another alert from the suspended account that $23.95 was trying to be taken out. The company is Trimni.co through pixelshophub.

The advertisement is misleading

The advertisement is misleading, they offer no refunds then enroll you in a 14 day something just to further charge a card. It showed the sell a Bible, what I paid for wasn't even close to that. They make no effort to send me a whole Bible or even cooperate to fix this by refunding.

Absolute SCAM

Absolute SCAM. Do not even look at them. They lure you in with deep discount deals, then they add bonus content that they charge you for extra without consent, then they charge a subscription that you are not told about. Instead of $5.90, they charged $24.80 then tried to charge $42.95 shortly thereafter, but my bank flagged it as Fraud. Charges come from BluePassebe, which takes you to a nutrition website.

This is absolutely a scam.

I placed an order December 3, what I received was not what I ordered. It was a digital product that looked nothing like the advertisement. I thought maybe I ordered the wrong thing, so I tried again on December 4, at which time I was charged more than triple the cost advertised. When placing the order, you must agree to the terms and conditions to complete it. Inside of those terms is a subscription service that costs $43 for every order you place! I have attempted to resolve this issue with the company, and have even attempted to dispute with my bank. I have now been charged well over $100 with no end in sight. I had to completely shut down my debit card to try and avoid future charges.

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS

**Update** Another attempted charge of $39.97 for "Unceasing Beauty" using my old credit card # on 1/27/25. I wonder how many more times they will try to charge me.
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. I did get my downloads; however, they were crappy and I only wanted to use 1 or 2 pages. Also, I was automatically billed for the "subscription" at $42.95 even before the "free" 14-day trial period was up (purchased on 12/2, billed 12/12) so I had to contact my credit card company and put a block on the card. Now I have to wait for another card. SCAMMERS!!!!

I just realize they make many account on facebook and pay the sponsored. I totally got scammed. The company on my bill is BATTMI.CO. When I come to check if the website legit or no. then I read the coment on this trustpilot. But I think they keep change the website. FB has to check their regulation not all the ads get through they need to be legit.
I immediately submit to unsubscribe the VIP thing. even I don't know what is that for.

Total SCAM

Total SCAM. They use stolen content on social media. Their product is NOTHING like they advertise, and they deceptively sign you up for a monthly subscription. They give you outdated PDFs that you can't even use, and don't even provide things that you've paid for. They also try to get you to add on several more things, and even if you decline, they put them on your order, and you don't see your cart until you've already purchased all of it, which they won't let you return. I filed fraud charges with my bank, and my bank completely refunded me after doing its investigation and concluding this is a scam.

This company uses terrible business…

This company uses terrible business tactics to steal money while offering a subpar product.

I processed a transaction to purchase a $5 digital product and the company website added an additional item at a ‘discount’ which was charged to my account after what seemed like a failed transaction online.

I chalked that up as a loss, that is, until I received another 42$ charge at the end of a free trial that I never even selected.

I attempted to contact this company by chat, email and phone to give them the opportunity to refund and cancel the inappropriate charges but was unable to successfully reach their customer service.

Thankfully my bank contacted me about fraudulent activity and I have since filed a dispute for both transactions through the bank.

Scammy business. Avoid.

"Purchased" through Facebook. "Purchased" is in quotes, because as far as I was aware, I never completed the transaction, however I ended up being charged for the item I was looking at, plus another digital download I didn't even want or select. Was signed up for a monthly subscription that you can apparently only cancel by contacting customer service through a support ticket, that they may or may not respond to. So in all, was charged $20.80usd for a $5.90usd product because they added in BS I didn't want or ask for, in a transaction I never completed, as well as being signed up for a monthly subscription that they make as hard as possible to cancel. Avoid this scammy business
