We hired Pixel Glume to migrate our website from Drupal to WordPress and overall it was solid work, well executed.

The migration was handled competently. Content and data came across intact, and their familiarity with both platforms kept things on track without unnecessary back-and-forth.

What stood out most was the design improvement. Rather than just rebuilding what we had, they listened to our needs and brought genuine creative thinking to the project. The result is a cleaner, more modern site that better represents our brand and is noticeably better for our users.

I was very pleased at the prompt response to my inquiry for some touch ups on my logo. Alex was enthusiastic, professional and accommodating. I successfully met my timeline of 1 business day for my minor project. The process was straightforward and collaborative. I look forward to giving the team another opportunity for future work.

I needed to have a part of a WordPress site that wasn't working properly fixed. This is a fairly small task, but one that I wasn't up to after several tries. Ezekiel did a good job of working with me to get a good description of the issue and following through until I was able to see it was working properly. The fee was reasonable. Glad they were willing to do it as a one time task, and they'll be my first call when I need site redesign work.

I just want to say, this was a pretty good experience for me. I’m not good with websites or tech stuff, so I asked a lot of questions, sometimes even repeated the same ones, but Ezekiel didn’t make me feel dumb or rushed.

He would actually explain things in a normal way and show me examples so I could understand. He kept me updated mostly through messages, telling me what part of the website was done. A couple times things weren’t how I pictured it, and I told him, and he changed it without making any big deal out of it.

The site came out better than what I had in my head honestly. I didn’t expect it to look that smooth. Nothing extra or fancy, just exactly what I needed.

I like that they didn’t disappear after taking payment, like some other companies do. Ezekiel stayed in touch till everything was finished.

So yeah, that’s my real experience. Good work, good communication, and I’m happy with my website. Thanks Pixel Glume and thanks to Ezekiel for being patient with me.
