Professional content made easy
I have 11 plugins now from Pixal Film Studios for Final Cut Pro and I am very happy with them. They easily add a super professional appearance to my social media content. I have had a couple issues in the past with the plugins not working and a quick web chat with one of their tech guys and its sorted very quickly. I can not fault PFS and the customer service. I would fully reccomend buying these plugins for FCP.

False marketing, no free update soon (more than a year after)
Hi, I bought the FCPX Maps 1.1 over a year ago, thinking an apple silicon version would still be available, because it says "Free Update Coming Soon for Apple Silicon" but now more than a year later, there is still no update. That is false marketing. They will not give me my money back, but insists I should buy something else on their site, which I don't need

Prior to making a purchase, we recommend checking the system requirements section and plugin description on the product page for the plugin. If a plugin's system requirements are not met or exceeded by your system, then we would advise against making the purchase.
As per our refund policy which is listed on the website, purchases are only eligible for refunds within 7 days of purchasing a product. We are not able to provide refunds for orders outside of the policy period. By purchasing on our site, you agree to abide by our refund policy. Because your order is a year old, we are not able to refund the purchase.
Our customer service team offered you an exchange for a product of the same value as your Maps Purchase since the plugin's update has not yet been released as a compromise in this situation. However, we haven't seemed to receive any confirmation or denial of this offer from you to our team. We would advise that if you would like to get value out of your purchase, to reach back out and claim the exchange.
In the future we would recommend that if you are not sure if a plugin will be available for your system specs to reach out to our customer support prior to making the purchase. As mentioned by our support in your ticket, Apple Silicon update times can vary per plugin. Support can be reached via ticket or Live Chat at https://bit.ly/PFS_Support. Easy money trip
Well, to be honest, I love PFS. The only drawback for me is buying to many apps at once and then having to explain them to my wife because she saw the bank account. My work is a lot easier because of PFS. I love that they have taken away all the hard work. Just buy, install, complete the project, and get paid...$$$. I love it, and thanks.

Great company with a large selection of useful and creative plugins for FCPX. The plugins that I have used help to make my clips more cinematic and add interest. Many of the plugins are designed to allow me to make edits similar to big-time movies. Most are very simple to use but some are a little difficult for me to get the results that are shown in the previews of the plugins. The introductory examples are very quick. A detailed and slow tutorial that shows the basics would help me to get the most out of the plugin. Also,perhaps showing other people's short clips and a list of plugins they used would be interesting

Plugins weren't working anymore
I was having trouble with many of my plugins expiring or not working. I was gettin the RED SCREEN OF DEATH! I tapped the help button, explained the problem. the person on the other end sent me a link. I downloaded it, ran it and it fixed EVERYTHING!! Thank you for your quick and accurate help!

I have problems with plugins that when use it the screen was red
I have problems with plugins that when I trait to use were the screen show red. I called the Pixel Film Studios support and they tell me how to fix it. I am very happy with the support they give all the time to follow the procedure till the problem was over.

I had trouble with the shape tracker and auto tracker plug in. I depend heavily on these for real estate work. PFS app is a lifesaver!
I've downloaded pixel film studios plug-ins along time ago and I loved them! Later, as apple has been updating final cut, I was no longer able to use my favorite plug-ins. I looked up different ways to fix the issue online and followed several Youtubers long instructions for each individual plug-in, and yet nothing worked. I was pretty frustrated! So I just found out about the PFS App and I updated everything within a couple of minutes!
