Appalling service and company policy
Appalling service do not buy from this company. Ordered incorrect size requested immediate cancellation so could reorder in correct admittedly my initial error. Received immediate response unable to cancel order due to speed of warehouse blah blah blah have to wait for receipt of the order inconvenience myself returning waiting for a refund and then still expect repeat customer of a reorder. No chance lazy policy put in place by lazy staff who cannot be bothered to put in a simple call to the warehouse team to pull the order and refund. I’ve no doubt many people have the same complaint about this nonsense policy.

Had an issue with a bag I ordered for this weekend as it hadn’t been dispatched, spoke to Maria at Pink Boutique who arranged for another to be sent out again next day delivery which I received as stated the following day. Never have any issues with Pink Boutique but was happy that this time was resolved quickly and I still got my item on time 🥰

Great customer service
I had issues regarding the delivery being delayed and when it did I received the wrong dress.
Regardless of this issue Grace has handled it with care! Her customer service has been 5*.
I have ordered from pink boutique before and love the clothes! This mix up will not stop me buying again. And the customer service from Grace makes me feel comfortable to continue to purchase!

Issue with DPD need to change courier…
My order was not delivered by DPD as the tracker kept advising seems to be a reoccurring issue with this courier for this company. Would certainly recommend change courier as can be very disappointing when expecting a delivery.
Rosie at Pink Boutique was extremely helpful responded quickly and reordered ny items and chajfed ny delivery address.
