The tool is useful, but there are lots of learning curves.
It's very difficult to understand how the generator work soon. Also, the support is not very supportive. They replied to my questions, but it's not useful most of the times . I told them many times to explain in the video, but they ignore and anwer me short anwer which doesn't help most of the times.
I bought the Black Friday sale 50%off using promo code BF50OFF, paid $84 for a year. Thought it was a great deal. Was looking forward to upleveling my Pinterest game…it was working for a minute. 2 weeks later I can’t log in to my account. Said wrong credential, so I tried to reset password at least 10 times and I never received the link. I verified my cc was charged. Somehow they never sent a receipt. But I save all my log ins/ password, etc. Sent email, submitted ticket…crickets. For the amount they charge they should have at least 24/7 chat support. It’s like my account never existed. Now I’m currently disputing the charge.
Tried it for a year on a special offer. Did not bring in traffic or sales. Was ok with this as it was an experiment.
Now cannot cancel. Have tried 4 times. Each time they try to take money again and I check my account and see that my subscription is active again. Have raised a ticket and it has not been acknowledged. Thankfully my bank didn’t have the money in for the payment and I have now blocked the company from taking money.
