I was disappointed with the quality of my 220 euro shoes. After only 3–4 wears the sole started separating and the shoes already showed unexpected signs of wear.
However the customer service ultimately handled the situation well. They provided store credit for the full purchase price and allowed me to keep the shoes. When I had an issue with the remaining balance, they resolved it on the next business day. I appreciate that the customer service team ultimately found a generous solution to my problem.

I have just received my order with shoes. This is the first time I have bought from this brand and didn't know what to expect. I am amazed. The shoes are beautiful and of great quality. So soft that they are super comfy even on my problematic feet. Love it.

Bought the Vasco sneaker (White & Cedar). Look's great but is actually the worst fit and quality I experienced in a sneaker. Unfortunately, their customer service didn't accept my complaint.

1) Pied de Biche advised to buy one size smaller - which is completely incorrect. The fitting is really bad (at least for my feet).
2) After only 2 weeks, the inner material is getting rubbed off. Also from the first use, it is staining my white socks completely (they are yellow/beige now which can't be washed out). I dunno what kind of material they use in the Vasco shoes but it's definitely not suitable for shoes.
