Biggest Scam

I’m sharing my experience with Pickoship to warn other sellers before it’s too late. On paper, their promises sound great: fast shipping, reliable order handling, quality checks. In reality, it’s the exact opposite.

After a brief period where things seemed fine, the problems started piling up fast. Orders sat unprocessed for days, sometimes weeks. Shipping labels were created but never used. Tracking numbers went nowhere or stayed stuck in the same status forever. Every time I reached out, I either got vague excuses or complete silence.

The worst part? Their prepayment system. You have to load funds into your account before they fulfill orders. But if you decide to leave because they failed to deliver, your remaining balance is gone. No refunds, no exceptions – even when they’re clearly at fault.

The result for my business: angry customers, open disputes with payment processors, a ruined reputation, and eventually frozen payment accounts. My store had been running steadily before Pickoship – now it’s gone.

Key reasons to avoid them:
• Severe shipping delays and unprocessed orders
• Fake and useless tracking numbers
• Zero accountability and poor customer support
• Preloaded funds are non-refundable (so if you dont use it - they will keep it)
• Poor product quality despite paid “quality checks”

Pickoship is not a business partner – they are a risk. Putting your fulfillment in their hands is like gambling with your store’s survival.

My verdict: Stay away. There are plenty of legitimate alternatives that won’t sink your business.

UPDATE:

Now he is trying to cover and delete this review.

Imagine how many times he did that already with other reviews.
He can not even handle bad feedback and admit that the has done a very bad service.

Exceptional Supplier: A Long-Standing Partnership of Excellence

We have been working with our supplier for a very long time, and they have proven to be an indispensable partner for our (Dropshipping) online shops. Collaboration with them is invaluable to us.

Communication with our supplier is outstanding. They are online seemingly all day and respond promptly to our inquiries and needs.
