Physical Therapy.com would be more beneficial for us if they calls were filtered. The call pays off if it is for Physical Therapy, however if they are booking a massage, the call is worth more than the message session and it was not worth the call price your company charges. We have also received other phones calls for services we do not offer. We needed to call to have the charge removed which took time away from our work. I think it would be nice to have the calls filtered and charged based on service they are calling for.

So far I am happy with the service.
