Order a bracelet and ring. Received an email saying the items were dispatched never received the package and I am unable to get in contact with them. Skullduggery at the highest level!

I’ve purchased a silver engraved ring with Diamontes for one of my best friends whose dog recently passed away. I had her dog‘s name engraved on the ring and it looked beautiful when it arrived but within a couple months it is now completely tarnished and looks terrible all of the reviews on the website were positive and they were plenty of photos of people wearing the ring so I thought it would be good quality and that the reviews were legitimate but they definitely aren’t. I contacted the brand and asked if they would issue a replacement as this ring was meant to last as it was a sentimental way to remember her beloved dog and it was really sad seeing she’s still wearing it despite it looking awful and the brand got back to me saying that they won’t issue a replacement and the best that they would do is offer 20% off my next purchase, which I am not interested in. I was really hoping to have another one issued so that my friend could have a nice gift to remember her dog buy but unfortunately I’m gonna have to get something from another brand because the quality is complete trash and the way that they’ve handled this is really bad as well. I highly recommend not to purchasing from this brand. The jewellery is crap.

Most probably a fake store. Scam. Quick response to explain many reasons why they can't send you the products.

I ordered a bracelet with four children’s names on it for my friends birthday present. I emailed saying I still haven’t received my bracelet after two weeks, they said they didn’t have any trace of my order. I sent through the receipt and order confirmation they said they still couldn’t find my order, I told them it’s okay because I’ve contacted PayPal to ask for a refund,
They blocked me from their emailing list. My order was sent through with tracking information straight away it took 6 days to arrive.
Amazing they found it when PayPal asked…lol

I ordered a bracelet for my partner before Christmas, so it arrived in time.. by end of January 2026, the photo ball had fallen out, after almost 2weeks going back and forth with their so called customer service. I was told the warranty is only for 30 days from delivery date… They obviously have no faith in their products! I wouldn’t waste my time or money with this company! Minus 50 star rating!

I have ordered a necklace with my pets name on the charm, on 25.10.25. I could not at any stage track the progress of the order as suggested by the seller, on the Shop app. Nearly a month later and no sign of the product. I emailed the only contact detail provided and got an answer the next day that they have difficulties with the shipment of my product, particularly. I think this business is a scam. Lack of transparency and misleading. In fairness I was suspicious from the start and decided to pay via PayPal. I am getting a refund and refused the product which may or may not be on its way (if one believes in Santa). Great service, PayPal!

I was concerned at first as I didn’t receive my bracelet but I reached out to Anne who helped me locate my order. There was a mix up with the wrong wording of my address + my postal guy was on leave however once I received my bracelet, I was so happy, I love my bracelet it’s truly sentimental of my beautiful Angel and I’m so appreciative of the help I received with my order. Highly recommend:)

This didn't last 2 weeks before the photo cracked. Support advised me this was already out of warranty so no option for a replacement or money back. Don't waste your money on this product. It's a super cute idea and looks fantastic but unfortunately doesn't last.

Arrived and the photo part dosent even stay in the bracket. Contacted and they asked if I wanted a replacement or refund so I asked for a refund as a replacement wouldn’t arrive in time for the occasion. They then blocked my email address from contacting them. Absolute scam! Would not recommend to anyone!
